Stayed May 18, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here numerous times and we have always been very satisfied with our stay. It is peaceful and I really like the totally private balcony. It does not feel like a nightly rental accommodation.

Stayed Jan 3, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lodge is a good place to stay but there were two items that need addressing. First the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. It is no longer flat, has high and low spots. (we woke up with a back ache on a couple of mornings. Second the master bathroom had a foul swelling odor. The odor was stronger at times. Sometimes it would disappear and then reappear hours later.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here many times since these condos were built. Always a perfect stay. Can’t say enough about the cleaning staff. Furniture is getting very dated but still my pick for a stay in the smokies.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was very nice and clean with exception of the pillows on the furniture and the bedspreads and pillow shams on the beds needed cleaning. I noticed I had an email when I got home with the instructions on checking out. That was a little late. Other condos we have stayed in gives the checkout instructions up front which makes it nice for the renters.
