The arrival procedure is deplorable, password sent at 2am for arrival at 2am and more wrong so wait for another password. lock with random closing, the door does not lock Mattress in a room smashed, and window does not close, after DIY it closes. USB socket connection not made. Loud noise from traffic on the street. no toaster. Lack of responsiveness from ABRITEL. no response from the rental company
