Condo was clean, and communication with the owner was timely and pleasant. Location was perfect too. Walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful second time at this lovely condo for a winter getaway with some girlfriends. The owner is attentive and welcoming and the condo itself is very clean and so comfortable. It is close to good restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo and we have already decided this will be an annual stay for us in Rehoboth

We had 2 couples for our week getaway. The location is excellent and the condo is exceptional. The 1/2 bath upstairs helped a lot. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. The patio was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a great experience at Rehoboth Beach, thanks in large part to this wonderful condo. The condo is a clean and spacious duplex located right in the heart of Rehoboth Beach. There are four great restaurants right on the block, all the stores are just down stairs, and the boardwalk and ocean are two easy blocks away. Being right near everything made it much easier to manage our trip (and two small children) whenever we needed a break or wanted to grab something quickly from the condo. The condo itself is really nice. There's a small pool, two parking spots, lots of TVs, a fully-stocked kitchen, comfy couches, multiple balconies, etc. Note: you do need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, sheets, pillowcases, shampoo, etc. Excellent and fast communication w/ Marshall, the condo owner. He responded to my questions often within minutes! All in all, this is a really great option if you want a spacious spot, no hassle, and a prime location!

Absolutely pristine condo (one could probably eat off the floors) located in the perfect spot. It is a short walk to all the many attractions Rehoboth Beach has to offer. The condo felt like a home away from home: well -appointed gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, and plenty of space for a family to relax. The proprietor, Marshall, is an excellent host and texted to make sure our stay was exceptional. Will definitely try to be repeat customers. Even my teens were impressed- not an easy feat! We are from Colorado and flew into Philadelphia. I don’t understand the bring your own bedding, towels, dish cloths , paper towels and toilet paper! I have traveled most of the United States and out of the country too and never had to pay so much to bring our own TP. We will stay in another community that makes it easier on us!

Perfect condo for our vacation. Terrific location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Swimming pool was an added bonus for the grandkids. Would recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here, and the family again had a great week. The place is an ideal location and everything about it is as advertised.

Can’t beat the location - 2 blocks to the beach and a block to Rehoboth Ave shops and restaurants. Beautiful place great for a family. Hope to stay again!
