Luxury Condo by Main Plaza - Walk to Slopes

Beautiful condo right at the base of Purgatory. I love staying up here in the Summer because it's so quiet and peaceful compared to staying in Durango. The drive up and back to Durango to kayak or have dinner is a nice part of the day.

No air conditioning very hard to sleep at night would have been nice to know before revering rooms

The beds were comfortable, there was a nice view from two bedrooms, great windows for letting in the cool air for the summertime. As it tells you in the description, there is NO A/C. I would definitely stay here again! Close to many things: hiking, slide and coaster at the resort, small lake for fishing and/or paddling in small boats, fresh air, and about 30 minutes from downtown Durango, which was fun too!

Nice 3 bedroom condo that I think was even a bit nicer than the photos. The split master was nice to have allowing privacy. There are two gas fireplaces, including one in the master. The location on the first floor made loading and unloading easy via the back door. I can also confirm that the new coffee maker mentioned in previous reviews worked well. Communication was great via message and email and included everything we needed to know. Repairs are needed on some of the blinds, but this certainly didn't affect our trip. Just an FYI for the owners. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The only negative we experienced were the twin beds in one of the rooms. They were very uncomfortable and the bedding was seriously lacking with only one flat pillow per bed. I would not stay there again for that reason.

Property is great. A few amenities need replacing: coffee maker leaks and I suggest getting one with an auto off feature. Toaster doesn’t work properly either. We had to retrieve a toy from under the couches, it was very dirty and had not been cleaned under in some time. More couch sitting space would be great also. Communication it always prompt and helpful. Great location to the slopes and pool. Love the lower level access to the parking lot.

This condo was perfect for our trip- close proximity to all the Purg activities, very clean and easy to access being on the ground floor. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Loved how close the ground floor patio exit is to Purg Village. Made it so easy for everyone to come and go…not to mention the convenience for parking. ; ). Nice place inside, comfortable and spacious.

Clean and well set up space, perfect for a group in town for biking or winter sports. The ground floor patio is perfect for access and relaxation.

Overall, we love staying at this condo. It was a little dirtier than last time. There were drawers in the kitchen with coffee and used spoons and the closet in the entry hallway had lots of debris and old goldfish when i opened it. Beside those two examples, everything what great. Well stocked, great location.

Well decorated, beautiful location, close to Durango and Silverton. If you are staying during the summer, there is no air conditioning. Otherwise, it's highly recommended!
