Stayed May 16, 2026This is a beautiful, well-stocked condo. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed, the views were great and the property was extremely clean, smoke-free, and well-kept. One thing that made the stay difficult: The road noise at this condo was extremely loud. It’s an end-unit and you can hear all of the standard road noise plus the added bonus of motorcycles and street racing going by. One of the primary suites is difficult to sleep in for this reason. Overall a great value for a 3 bedroom on the beach.

Stayed May 3, 2026The property itself was great and nicely decorated. The minor problems were dull knives and lack of lids for cookware. This isn’t the condo owners fault, but had issues with elevator maintenance all week, construction noise, amenity fee payment request when I already paid. That has more to do with timing and the property manager.

Stayed Dec 2, 2025We had some initial issues but ultimately a great stay! Had to move from our first condo due to construction in above unit. 2nd condo had beautiful view but maintenance had to address some issues and they were attentive. Destin in December is hit or miss with with the weather and it rained almost entire trip BUT the beach is so GORGEOUS that we enjoyed it despite the rain!

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Overall...very responsive property management. Great access to the beach. Balcony view were beautiful. Umbrella and chair services was a nice bonus. Had a few problems with hot watervat kitchen sink for a couple days as the dishwasher was being replaced.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025I absolutely loved this beach condo! My sister and I took my two small boys to the beach for a few days and it was such a lovely condo, the atmosphere was peaceful and felt highend. The kitchen had everything we needed, the view is spectacular. Having two king bedroom suites felt amazing and the kids loved the bunk beds. The parking is easy and super close, luggage carts were easy to grab and the walk down to the beach is insanely close! My only suggestion to owners would be to brighten the bunk room up, the kids were feeling a bit left out once they saw the other two rooms haha. It was a special condo i felt lucky to have found and would definitely book again. We were there in Jan and the pool is HEATED to a super comfrtable temp (guessing it was about 92 degrees) and the hot tub is HOT. The snowbirds were all super friendly.

Stayed Dec 26, 2024We had a great time and really enjoyed this condo. It was very spacious and had updated furniture and fixtures. The beach access was easy and the heated pool was perfect during the cold days between Christmas and New Years. We will definitely return to this place someday.
