Awesome location, close to everything. Really enjoyed watching the sledding in the park across the street. Definitely family friendly. Kitchen well equipped.

Charlotte was easy to reach, allowed us to check in early, and handled an issue we had on Christmas.

The term luxury doesn’t apply to this property. It’s dated. The furniture is old and tattered. We experienced a critter in the master bathroom the first morning. Not even sure what it was… but they set traps and caught it. Thank goodness. That experience put a damper on things. We lived the location and the space. The air systems had large hoses that brought air in from the outside. The hoses were taped to the machine and were in constant need of fixing as the tape did not hold. We had hoped to be able to grill but the grill was a sorry sight and didn’t look like it was in any condition to use.

Fantastic place! Spacious condo with ample parking and easy access to the Lift shuttle. Short walk to downtown Winter Park for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here for Christmas week and found the location excellent for getting to the slopes, the restaurants and to Devils Ranch for more activities. The layout is great with a good working kitchen, dining and flowing to the living area. Really comfortable seating and great for TV watching. Highly recommended for great value for money too!

The location was perfect. Nice place nice building.

My family of four stayed here for 11 days in August. It was the perfect location for us! Close to shops, restaurants and great walking trails. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the proximity to the live music across the street at the park. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were well-stocked. We'd stay here again! The only thing that wasn't 'as advertised' is the unit pictures hardwood floors throughout, but they've recently added carpet in the bedrooms and living room. This wasn't a big deal to us, but worth noting. Also, as previous renters have shared, the rugs curling up was a hazard. We ended up rolling the entry rug up and putting it in a closet as my kids kept tripping over it...a minor inconvenience that we quickly resolved!
