Luxury Condo Across from the Beach & Pool with First Floor Convenience!

The condo was clean for the most part. Access was about 5 minute walk to the beach. Negatives: Bed was hard a break. Stove door was broken Back door off limits (with all beach stuff) Biggest issue! Visible mold in room. Tried to contact host about switching units or a refund. He response “that’s next on the list”

The property was very close to beach, great location. The stove facing fell in my husband foot we noticed afterwards it was duck taped on the sides, just glad my kids were not around. The patio was not accessible due to construction. The hot tub was not working there was caution tape surrounding it. There wasn’t enough tissue supplied for the two days we were there. Beds were not tidy upon arrival.

Location perfect for us. Kitchen lacking drinking glasses and linens. Not suitable for 4 adults as second bedroom bed not usable. Our second couple found a nice mattress in the bunk bedroom. Over all, beautiful pool and first floor access appreciated!

This condo is just as advertised. It’s got everything you need to make meals in the kitchen ( except for spoons! There were none to be found!). Luckily they did have plastic ware so we used those. Very spacious and everyone was very comfortable. It was 3 adults and 2 kids so it was perfect. Usually I like to stay right on the beach and hate walking but this is truly not a bad walk - very easy and it’s a straight shot to the beach. Maybe a 3 minute walk. We were right across from the pool and hot tub and even the grills and being on the first floor was even better. The parking spot is right in front of the door making it very convenient to load and unload. The host was very responsive when we reached out. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach was something we wanted and this is right across the street. Pool was nice as well. A couple of things there were not many glasses and no spoons which was odd. But we found some plastic ones in the pantry. The garbage disposal was also not working. One of the beds was busted and it was immediately addressed and fixed. Very happy with the communication.

Nice proximity to the beach. However, I did not enjoy my first floor patio view of Alvin’s island. The picture online did not show that. The smoke detector was beeping when we first arrived. I communicated this and was told to take it down and it would be taken care of in 2 days. It was not taken care of.

Great location and very clean. Queen size bed needs a new frame, bed caves to the middle when you lay on it. Smoke detectors need batteries replaced. Very clean and nice!Need more options for parking if traveling in multiple vehicles.

Nice condo, directly across the road from the beach, comfortable, well stocked, great value for stay!

Check-in was easy. There is a guard at the gate. You need to arrive before 5pm. The guard leaves at that time. The kitchen has all that you need. We loved our stay

Beautiful property. Location to the beach was perfect!

The Condo was Beautiful, But The Roaches was bad.And the cleaning Person did a Crappy Job on the cleaning.I had to go buy traps and Spray for the Roaches.My Daughter and I spent the first 2 days Cleaning and spraying Taking everything out of the cupboards wiping the cupboards out,washing the dishes.sweeping under nether everything.The condo was super clean for the nexts person to come into.The cleaning person Left unopen food in the cupboards .

We had a wonderful time during our stay in the condo. The rooms were prefect for the family. The bathroom/ showers were a plus! There were chairs and beach toys to use at the beach. The power went out for. Couple hours due to a storm but it was completely out of anyone’s control. The beach is a short walk away, with easy access.

The place was so much bigger than we expected. Short walk to the beach, beside Alvin’s Island, across street from the pool and first floor. Tons of amenities. The e will stay again!Only complaint is the living room only allowed for two to sit comfortably.

The property was beautiful, however there’s a problem with pest.
