Luxury Condo Above Los Muertos Beach in the Romantic Zone

Waited in lobby for at least a couple hours before getting into condo, bad communication. once inside I had to take instructions on the phone on how to turn on electric breakers located outside of property. Condo doesn't get sunlight, is dark, and many bulbs were burned out. cleanliness was marginal, fridge dirty. showering was bad, warm water lasted seconds before getting cold. Faucet handles fell off when used. Oven never warmed enough to warm a pizza. microwave took at 5 minutes to warm coffee. The beautiful pool outside NEVER sees the light of day, so next to no-one uses it. Walking into town is dangerous -- along major roadway, no side walk. We paid TOP DOLLAR and expected a high end unit, sadly disappointed.Nice view thoughWith our complaints we were offered a free 2 night stay in the future. But with our inquiry of securing dates, we are not getting a response.

We had some communication issues about checking in, but it was resolved. We had continuing issues with hot water, but the host did try to resolve it. My only real complaint is beyond the control of anyone: the pool area is all shade throughout the time we were there and the pool was really cold. We went in December, though, so it could be much better other times of the year. The condo was spotless. The kitchen was incredibly prepared: my husband cooked and it had everything he needed plus storage containers for leftovers. Plenty of towels. It's a great place if you need 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms were nice. Walking out of the patio to the pool area is very convenient. We would consider renting this place again if family members joined us for vacation.

The place was spacious and exactly as pictured. The beds were comfortable, and we had no problems with hot water, (contrary to some reviews). The owner was very communicative, and the directions were clear. The pool area had fantastic sunset views, and we could also watch the sunset from the gym balcony. The gym itself had a lot of equipment, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a wonderful experience

Beautiful property and condo. We had a couple issues that Wes responded to immediately. Overall very happy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a family emergency shortly before our scheduled stay and Wes was very accommodating and thoughtful. It is such a relief to have a real person, not a corporation, responding to a request. Very highly recommend!

We visited PV for a mother daughter getaway and staying at Wes's condo made our vacation one of the best we've taken. The condo is nestled in the hills of Amapas and boasts the most amazing views of the Banderas Bay. The condo was perfect. Clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Although we didn't use the kitchen much, it was set up with everything we needed to cook our meals. The beds had exceptionally comfortable mattresses. We were asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow. I truly can't say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely stay at Wes's condo again!

We forgot to bring directions so when I pulled up the address, taxi driver couldn’t find it. When we finally figured it out, there was nobody to greet us at the lobby. We walked to the unit and luckily someone was there to let us in. She spoke zero English and our Spanish is limited, so that was interesting. My husband presently surprised to find tequila in the cabinet so that made our rough start better. The home is spacious, comfortable and has a beautiful view. We enjoyed sunsets almost nightly. Very lovely pool with built in swim up bar, although it is not in use. Apparently you can bring your own beverages and man it yourself. My teens prefer music and activities but if you want a quiet retreat, it’s perfect! It’s tricky to walk to the beach so we took an Uber for a couple of dollars each way. We loved that part of town so we didn’t venture out much. Lots of good places to eat and drink. The owner Wes is very responsive to any issues that arise. I would definitely stay there again.

The best location, the most amazing infinity pool, and a professionally designed interior. What more could you ask for in PV?? The bed was so comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to either get out the door with a good breakfast or have a really nice dinner if you feel like staying in. The guest book helped with tons of info on where to go. We loved it!!

We were in PV for 10 days in January and couldn't have had a better experience with our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations.
