Breakwater Beach Pad was beautiful and better even than I expected! The condo had everything we needed and was very family friendly. My kids enjoyed the sand toys and the 3D movies, and my husband and I enjoyed the beach chairs and the views!! It was very clean and very comfortable. Everyone in the complex and in the area was very nice and friendly. The grounds of the complex were beautiful and the beach is so convenient and clean. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to go back!

This condo was delightful! Easy to check in. I love the keypad on the door! Brooke was very accommodating and responded to questions quickly. The space is modern and clean, with plenty of towels and storage space. There were no toiletries so bring your own! The condo is a studio so quite small but perfect for 1-2 people . The view from the balcony is great and you can hear the ocean from the bed! Love the pools and jacuzzis on this property as well. It never disappoints!

We checked out quite a few spots, but yours was the closest to the beach! The room was exactly as we pictured. Everything was perfect, and we had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful, and parking was a breeze. I’d definitely recommend renting this unit to anyone who wants a lovely beach view in a comfy place. Thanks, Chuck..

This was a great unit for us. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. There is a good view of the ocean and we could leave the sliding door open to listen to the ocean all night. The covered parking that is included was another wonderful plus. There are so many places to eat that are in walking distance or a short car ride. The host communications was great.

We loved our stay! It was so nice to be back. Beautiful property so many things to do!

First I just want to say how top rate Brooke is. The instructions and directions were so clear and easy to follow. And she was quick to respond to any questions. When we had issues getting there, thru no fault but our own, she was way more than accommodating. As far as the property goes, also Top Rate! The apartment was very clean and had so much to offer. The bed was a dream to sleep on and the blanket/sheets were so comfortable that I took note of the brand to buy when I got home!I sat on the balcony for every sunrise and sunset, because it was literally the perfect view of both! Even made friends with some ducks that would hang out on the roof of the adjacent building every morning. The property grounds were a dream. As a plant enthusiast that lives in a desert, I got excited by every flower, every tree and every bush. The amenities were endless, from swimming to the game room to the billiard, definitely look into what the property has to offer, because it’s certainly an extra treat. I just want to thank Brooke again for making our trip so special and we can’t wait to come back.

The beach view was amazing! The condo is modern and super clean. It comes furnished with everything you would need for a great stay. LOVED it! The property (pool, hot tubs, walking paths, bbq) also makes for such a great visit.

Communication was great! My Husband & I needed a weekend away and this condo was everything we were looking for! The property was so clean & steps from the beach. Condo was beautifully decorated & equipped for all needs. Took the comfy beach chairs provided & the Murphy bed was very comfortable! We’ll re visit again!

This unit is perfect for a couple. The location was wonderful for enjoying the beach and all that Oceanside offers, while being away from the crowds of the pier area. The condo was immaculately clean and well-furnished. The owner always responded to our messages within a short time. We will definitely book again!

We had a wonderful long weekend! Loved the condo (couch and mattress could use an upgrade) Unfortunately the elevators were out of service. The upgrades in the condo are very nice and tasteful! For the most part things were great!

Great location, many amenities onsite. Awesome views. Parking is tight if you’re driving a larger vehicle plus you can’t back in, which is stupid.
