Warm and clean pool. Helpful management service. Quiet area and family friendly. Kids said their twin beds were uncomfortable but the king beds were very comfortable. Still everyone said they come again. It really is a lovely property, well run and in a great location. Sad to leave and eager to return!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo is beautiful! Fully renovated, completely stocked (kitchen & linen closets), clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the beach. The floor plan is a bit unusual since the master bedroom (with the ensuite bathroom) is on the first floor. There is no other bathroom on the first floor. And the other large bedroom with the ocean front balcony & sitting area, (which should be the master bedroom)is on the second floor and shares a small bathroom with another bedroom. This was a bit of a surprise but we made it work.All in all we enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. The RVA staff was very professional, friendly, organized and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Unit #203D at La Playa Condominiums on Longboat Key!

The rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the proximity to the beach is ideal. We had a wonderful spring break!
