This luxurious water front condo has all you'll need for your next Orange Beach, AL getaway. The open living space overlooks the Inter-coastal waterway with leather couches, HDTV, and balcony access. On the balcony you will find a small breakfast table, sitting chairs, and a gas grill. Both bedrooms have new updated hard wood floors and the main living areas has tile throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all stainless appliances, and a wine refrigerator. The Master suite has a memory foam king bed, HDTV, Walk-in Closet, Private balcony access, and a Private Bathroom suite with double vanity, glass shower, and a large soaking tub. The guest bedroom has two (2) queen beds, HDTV, large closet, and private access to the hall/guest bathroom. Just outside the guest bedroom is the laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer with all your cleaning supplies.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: _Free Parking, 1 Designated Spot, 1 Guest Spot ___ Are included with your reservation. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

I’ve been coming to The Wharf for 3 years now and I have never had a negative outcome! It is the only place I book when coming to Orange beach! Everything was easy and as listed.. I will be back soon! Thank you!
This was our second time at the Wharf, and for the amount of money, it could have been kept up a whole lot better! Every door sounded like gun shots when you had to open them. The amount of mold in the showers was crazy, even after someone came back and scrubbed them for an hour. The kitchen knives and containers were all broken or didn't have pieces.
Nice place, great location
This location is everything when you have concert tickets at the Wharf - however, this is not our favorite unit. The balcony looks at the toll plaza on the bridge and as cars come across the bridge, they seem to shine their lights directly into the balcony. Lots of road noise due to proximity to the bridge. The unit was clean, nicely furnished. Master bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. There was a strange missing cabinet in the kitchen like maybe a trash compactor or ice machine broke and was just removed leaving a hole. 1 bath towel per person was provided. No beach chairs - although they were available for rent through the manager. Property manager correspondence was good and prompt. We didn't like that we had to download yet another app and couldn't use the VRBO app directly - they had us download happy stays because we needed to give them a new credit card for the 2nd payment.
Master bed is horrible it's like being on a trampoline. They need a new mattress immediately. Not enough big bowls in Kitchen.
Staying there made working the Wharf boat show much easier than staying somewhere else. The price per night was cheaper than most of the hotels in the area due to spring break, so I went in expecting a you get what you pay for experience, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The condo was great, and the check-in/out process was super simple. I will definitely be considering this place in the future.
Master bed needs a new mattress. The hot water heater wasn’t enough for all to get a shower to go out without waiting a long time to reheat otherwise a really nice condo.

We had a good time the condo was overall in nice condition. The only thing that was wrong is none of the doors in the condo close you can’t use the closet Doors in the two queen bedroom because they don’t open up. Also the entire time we there all we heard was construction on top of us it was so loud! The the only other concern I had was within an hour of us being there all of our feet was black from the floor! I did reach out to the manager to get the cleaning crew to come out to mop since I had a baby crawling around and this was the response I got “The products that the cleaners have to use on the floors for covid procedures does interact with the tile in the units, causing the bottom of feet to get what is called “black foot”. It isn’t actually dirty floors” I never heard of a cleaning proud that gives you “black foot” But OK!
Very Convenient, quiet, clean, king bed uncomfortable, more directions on where key is kept, kitchen stocked with everything, need a 1 cup pod coffee pot, shower was great, all in all we enjoyed our short visit and will be back?
Awesome location for the Wharf amphitheater, large room, comfortable bed.
We had a wonderful stay at the Wharf. Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We love the Oasis pool area, especially the lazy river! The condo could use to new mattresses in the secondary bedroom and a new coffee pot.
