Luxurious Top Floor Penthouse at Beach Colony East I Beach Chairs Included

Condo views were amazing. Space was clean and spacious. Beach service was nice. Located close to restaurants and activities.

This property was located perfectly and the views were amazing! Condo was clean and had all the kitchen items needed (would suggest adding a Kerig coffee machine), it is a little dated but like said it was clean. It wasn’t clear in the listing but this condo comes with two beach chairs/umbrella. I would suggest the owners change out the patio furniture, a bar height table/ chairs would give even better views while eating!!! And the lounge chairs were so HARD they just hurt to sit on. If not for these two things I would haven given 5 stars!

Our family has been going to the panhandle of Florida for over 50 years. We have a large extended family that gets together for a reunion every year and that is our Go To destination. I believe this location is one of my favorite spots. The condo was great, people were extremely nice and the crowd was very reasonable. It is a great family area compared to some other panhandle destinations we have visited. We had family in multiple units and we were pleased with all of them. All very nice, well maintained and well furnished. This particular unit is larger than most. The view is phenomenal and the master bedroom/bathroom is incredible. We will be back next year.

Great place for family getaway. We had three generations stay in this condo. Plenty of space on the balcony for watching the surf and beautiful beaches. Condo is well appointed and perfect for a worry-free vacation.

Great location. Love Navarre. View from the 19th floor was perfect for fireworks.

Our stay in this condo was perfect! It has a beautiful, clean and comfortable interior. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances are very clean. The exceptional balcony with breathtaking views and comfortable furniture is worth every penny. We watched dolphins every morning, sunrises, sunsets and enjoyed lounging on the balcony every day. The beach is gorgeous, easy to get to and not too crowded. Wonderful pool area. Parking and elevator was fast and easy. Conveniently located to everything you need in town. We can’t wait to return to this beach condo dream spot!

I was happy with the shape of the kitchen. All the pans, dishes and appliances worked, were organized and clean. Very often places we have rented the kitchen has been nasty. We would love to return.

Beautiful penthouse with gulf view. Only complaint was timing of our visit coincided with repairs from hurricane Sally. Somewhat spoiled view and had construction noise during the day. Were given an adjustment as compensation. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay and the accommodations.

Absolutely wonderful week. Beautiful condo, beautiful views. Would love to rent again in October but condo is unavailable.
