Stayed Jun 14, 2025The property was perfect. We met so many friendly people staying in other units at the property. Our unit was beautifully updated and included everything we could possibly need. My granddaughters attended a surf camp just a short walk down the beach for the week so the location of the property was perfect. It was also very close to everything else New Smyrna Beach has to offer.

Stayed Sep 14, 2024We had a wonderful time at Ebbtide 705. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The ocean views were beautiful and the chairs on the balcony were very comfortable. The Condo came with a garage but our car was too long for it. Diane with Verb was so good in responding when we had a questions. Would stay here again !!

Stayed May 9, 2024The unit was nice and clean including a large balcony with a great view. The unit had everything we needed for preparing/cooking meals. The property is maintained well and the staff are friendly and helpful. My family enjoyed using the pool and hot tube. The gym is small and the universal machine is dated but you could still get a decent workout in. The sauna is nice and large. Access to the beach is convenient. The two large weber grills on-site looked fairly new and worked great. We would stay here again.
