Luxurious Large 2 bed 2 bath Downtown Condo- #402

Nice quiet place to stay. The walk to Broadway street was not bad going there but we took an Uber back since we walked quite a bit for the day and it rained some. The neighborhood felt safe. Not too many restaurants nearby but we found the Pinewood Social Club which was a neat place. Overall would recommend to stay there if you like to be off the beaten path.

Would stay here again.

Perfect stay! The place was very clean, nice, and had all the accomodations needed for a long girls weekend. Walking distance from broadway street was perfect.

We are currently staying at this wonderful condo. I was looking for a hotel that could accommodate my husband and I plus our 19 year-old daughter, but any hotels that would give our daughter her own sleeping space were very expensive, This two bedroom two bathroom apartment was reasonably priced and has provided a comfortable and spacious stay for our two day, two night Nashville visit. The free secure parking is an added bonus! We are walking distance to all the top sites and everything Nashville has to offer.

Condo was clean. Easy 12 minute walk to Broadway and easy access to electric scooters if one would want one. Garage parking was a huge bonus as steet parking in the area is difficult to find.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Walking distance Listening Room and broadway. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear. Bonus was garage parking. Would highly recommend.

Bathrooms NEED places to hang wet towels. Need some hooks or towel bars. At a minimum a hook by the shower to hold the towel for when you get out. Had to leave towel on floor outside the tub. Kitchen had just the basics. Could use a few more items. Unit has a musty/mildewy smell when you walk in.

Loved it. Quick walk to broadway and The Gulch. Kurt was extremely helpful and his communication was great!

Great place for reasonable price

Overall the place was good and great that it offers private garage parking and close to Broadway… Cleanliness was fine, but either the previous people didn’t do the greatest to clean up or the cleaning company doesn’t do well. The fridge/freezer, the toaster, the Keurig needed some tlc before use.

We didn't meet the host but communication per email was good!

yes everything was great except the sofa. But truly it doesn’t matter where you stay. The furniture is used a lot. It was clean just wore down on both ends.

Location was great. Loved the fact we had a safe place to park our car. Only a few minutes walk from broadway. Building was clean. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Amenities were true. Could have used some hanger and towel hooks and another shelf in closet to put luggage on.Over all very nice place.

Great location to Broadway. Very nice and new. Everything is well-kept and clean. Bed's are comfortable. Uber's are readily available. So much better than staying in a hotel!!! Highly recommend!!!!

This place was everything promised

Condo was as lovely as it looked in the pics. Very clean and so nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is a 10 uber ride to Broadway but far enough to stay out of the crazy. There were 2 restaurants within walking distance. Pinewood Social for a nice dinner and Mr J’s for a great burger. Check-in went smoothly and we were able to get a temporary parking place in the front. It was a lovely stay.

Area was nice, quiet and close enough to downtown. The apartment itself wasn’t bad. Only real complaint was for being listed as a luxury apartment it could have had nicer towels, sheets etc. The apartment also could use a deep clean and more attention from the cleaners. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed the area.

We were so happy with this location to downtown. We made the 10 min walk down to broadway a couple of times a day. The unit was quiet, clean and well outfitted to our needs. The garage parking was a huge bonus. We definitely would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to visit nashville.

Fantastic location, lovely condo, perfect for 2 couples since both bedrooms have their own bath, comfortable and super clean. Had the weather cooperated we could have walked everywhere. Very secure building and parking. 100% recommend.

This was the perfect location as we were seeing a concert at Ascend Ampitheatre and was able to walk to and from with ease! Was also very close to broadway. The place itself was very nice and had everything we needed. Def will recommend!

Great place and location.

Came for the Rock & Roll Marathon, and to explore Music City. Unit was clean and well-appointed and in what seems like a safe and friendly neighborhood. Everything worked. Access to the rooftop lounge and view for late afternoon snacks was a bonus treat.Rooms were ample although wide angle publicity photos made them seem a little bigger than reality - but no complaint. Would stay again.

The property was very nice. Be sure to read the instructions on how to get in because they are very confusing. We were told to use a # sign before the entry code and there was no such thing as a # sign. It would be better to actually verbally talk to the property manager rather than trying to figure out the extensive entry instructions in order to get in. When we did speak with the property manager he was very condescending in his tone asking if we read the directions.

This place was great! Convenient to downtown. We thought it could use a new couch.

The location was perfect - 10 Lyft rides to everywhere we wanted to go. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful unit set up wonderfully for 2 couples. Comfortable beds and everything we needed.

It was all good, but we were not told about all the amenities that were available.

We had a fantastic time in Nashville. So many things to do in a shory time Nashville. So many things to do in such a short time.

The condo was very comfortable and spacious. We did not get to explore the property due to frigid temps. But, grounds look very nice and we felt safe. It was roughly 10 Lyft to Broadway. We would’ve tried to walk, but it was too cold. Our only issue was the condo needs dusting. It has plenty of dishes and cookware. We had a great two day stay and enjoyed the Jelly Roll concert at the Grand Ole Opry. We would definitely come again in the future.

It was a great place. Very clean and nice. The only issue we had was some of the dishes and utensils were dirty. I am sure that was just an oversight. Other than that, it was great. It was about a 5 min Uber ride to Broadway. I highly recommend!

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience! Lovely place to stay, easy check in and clear check out instructions. Only thing we wish they had was dish soap and a sponge and maybe a deck of cards but otherwise we had everything we needed.

We planned this girl trip 6 months ago and it was phenomenal!! The location of the condo is perfect!! Our stay was wonderful and the condo unit was everything we needed and more!!!

Nashville was on our bucket list and it did not disappoint! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was perfect for our group of 4 ladies. What an excellent location and condo…..it was everything and more!! Kurt was an amazing host……he took care of an issue with the A/C control right away. Everything was perfect! We will be back for sure!!

Very clean, modern and spacious for our stay. Was very convenient to downtown either a 15 minute walk or quick 5 minute uber. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

The property is overall nice and a good location We enjoyed the terrace on the upper floor. Plenty of room for the 2 couples. However, it is time for an update on the Living area sofa, the mattresses need to be replaced, bed linens and towels are ready to be replaced. Just time for a refresh by the owners.

Great stay! Property was clean,had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Access to Broadway and other was sites was easy to navigate. Owner had great communication with any questions. Will definitely book here again!

Hardest part was finding street parking to get in the unit for garage opener. Later saw everyone double parks on the street. About 1 mile to Broadway . Easy and we were told safe walk. No grocery store close but there is a liquor store close ! Would highly recommend. .

Beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood. Short drive to Broadway. Easy check in. Very secure. Communication with the owners was very easy, and quick reaponses also. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location walkable to all the touristy still nut in a residential neighborhood. Checking in a little difficult as street parking very limited and need to go to unit to get gate opener. Liquor store around the corner but no groceries close. I would stay here again but no need to see Nashville again!!!

We had everything we needed, perfect layout for two couples. Ubers are only about five minute waits and scooters are everywhere in this city!

Two separate sleeping and bath spaces were great for us and for the couple who joined us. Easy access, beautiful grounds, very close to Pinewood Social which we really loved. Lots of quick ride app availability for airport (10 min) and Opry (25 min). We alternated walking and riding scooters for coming back from Broadway.
