Place was great ,large bedrooms, big kitchen area. Location was easy to get to. Walk to Broadway street took about 15 minutes the walk along the river was pleasant. The 6th floor landing overlooking the river was was fantastic. Kurt was very responsive to our calls and questions.

Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a girls trip. We were able to walk to Broadway. (little hilly) Loved the Pinewood Social that was basically next door.

Where should I start? This was my first time using Vrbo and Vrbo will always be my first choice. Everything you advertised about this location was 100% true. I could not have had a better experience. The Condo and the location are magnificent! We walked to the coffee shop and down town in minutes! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!

Walked in and condo was nice and bright. The check in process was simple and easy. The location is great location with easy walking capabilities to Broadway and our favorite restaurant The Hampton Social. The gym was nicely equipped with the latest Treadmills and weights.

Everything was great and if I go back to Nashville I would stay here. It’s a short walk to Broadway and very quiet.

Our host was welcoming and very helpful. Our place was spotless and met our needs perfectly. We felt very safe and Uber rides were always available. We will stay here again!

Lovely appartment in a great location. One thing to note is that the blinds are window shades and do not stop any light coming in or provide privacy! You might want to bring an eye amsk and remember this when ypu have the lights on at night!

It was very nice condo and safe area

Very clean, the area seemed to be good, we didnt have any problems or see anything shady. Secure garage parking. Met and hung out with some of the other very nice tenants for a few hours.Would definetly go back to this in the future

Condo was in a good location and very modern. About a mile walk to Broadway or quick Uber ride. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Window shades are very thin so sunlight came through in the morning. Had issue with key lock but management was very quick to respond. Only complaint was smoke detectors kept going off whenever we used the oven. Hopefully that issue can get resolved for next guests.

We liked the property overall but were missing a few things that would have been helpful. No dish soap, no Kleenex and very few hand towels. The property was very nice and we liked the distance from downtown

We came to Nashville for the Metallica concerts and this property was in a great location for walking to Nissan Stadium. A short walk to a great little diner, Mr. J's too. The unit was clean and the beds were SUPER comfy. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bedrooms and bathrooms.

4 adults on a music tour - Excellent property, beautifully furnished throughout. Owner very responsive to all questions. Property in excellent position a 10-15 minute walk from Broadway and downtown. No negatives whatsoever exceeded our expectations on all fronts.

it's a beautiful condo, the location is very convenient kurt promptly responded to all our questions.the only minor issue was a temperamental door keypad.I will definitely will highly recommended it

We really enjoyed this location. The owners were also very easy to communicate with and helped us with anything that didn't go according to plan. The apartment building was quiet and very well located. We could walk to various spots ( when it wasn't snowing) or it was a quick uber or drive to gulch or downtown. Since we were snowed in for a day we had plenty of room to relax and cook our our meals- thankfully publix was nearby as well. Residents were nice and we met some caretakers who were very helpful in directions as well. It was described perfectly online. Parking was easy. The walk to pinewood social was nice and easy as well. I would love to stay there again.

We truly enjoyed this condo. Very secure and safe, within walking distance to Broadway (or a cheap Uber), restaurants and grocery stores close by, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for our family Christmas trip through Tennessee. We loved it and will rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The condo was just right…plenty of room and a perfect location for walking to Broadway. The bed was very comfortable!! It was a bonus to have a workout room on the second floor, and the rooftop terrace was amazing! The hosts were responsive to my questions and gave great recommendations! The coffee shop, Crema, down the street was great as was Pinewood Social, which was also within walking distance. We will definitely look at staying here again on another visit to Nashville.

Great location. Easy walk to Broadway. If just ladies stay in your group! There are homeless along the walk. None ever approached but we were always in a group. Guest bed is weird. Dips to the middle. If you like to cuddle it is great

Great condo in good location within 20 min walk to Broadway. I would highly recommend it.

We did have an issue with the drain stopper not working in the main bathroom (it was a minor issue), I emailed the owner and they answered right away they had it taken care of the next morning. Thank you for the fast response. We had a great weekend!

This is a great unit in a nice condo, within walking distance of Broadway. Highly recommend it, we will to others and if we return would love to stay here again.

Lovely apartment. Super convenient to Broadway and all the fun. 5-15 minute Uber rides to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Near River but it rained our whole weekend so we didn’t get to go walking about but seems super convenient to a stroll down by the river! Easy checkin and checkout. Super communicative and responsive host! Nashville never disappoints and this is a great apartment and location!

This is a great two bedroom condo well appointed in a nice building and close to everything. If we come back we’ll definitely stay there again.

Good location to all that is Nashville. Property was clean and comfortable for our weekend. Host was good with communication.
