Breath taking view!

The view from the condo is amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is a short walk to several restaurants/bars. We walked the beach for miles...the white sand is beautiful. If not at the beach we relaxed by the pools and hot tub. Chris was very responsive to any questions/requests. We definitely will be back.

Clean room and beautiful scenery 10/10

This unit is gorgeous, immaculate, comfortable and if I could give it 6 stars I would. We needed a computer table for our son to work remotely. That really wasn't their responsibility, but I called and we had one within about 4 hours. We stayed here last Feb, another son was stationed at Whiting. We liked the unit so much, that we came back this year, and that son is in TX now. It's that nice!

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were incredibly responsive to our questions and the accommodations were spotless, spacious, and made us feel special! The location is easily accessible, the views of the water were gorgeous, especially at sunrise and sunset. We highly recommend the hosts, the accommodations and location.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The minute we stepped into the unit we were swept away by the floor to ceiling view of the gulf. The vibe is classy coastal. And as a detailed oriented person I appreciated all the “little things”, it was well stocked and super clean. They even had a sweet little Christmas tree all light up for us. Kristina was thorough in communicating everything we needed to know. We can’t wait to book again!

This was our 4th year in this unit, it is well equipped and comfortable. The building and condo are great. November weather was fantastic.

The condo was exquisite. Every square inch of the condo was clean. The view was incredible. I can't wait to come back to my favorite place and stay in my new favorite accommodations.

The host was very responsive. The condo had everything you needed to have a wonderful vacation. All you need is your bag of clothing and some food. Everything else is provided. Very clean and cozy unit with stunning views from the walls of windows. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony was glorious and watching the sunrise from there or even just from our windows every morning was such a treat! We will definitely be back to stay again!

This maybe the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We had a maintenance issue shortly after checking in to the unit and the owner was so responsive and had the problem solved immediately. We will definitely book this unit again in the future!

We love staying in this condo. Margaret is easy to work with and communicates with us to give us updates as needed. Condo is always very clean and smells freshly cleaned on arrival. Margaret has everything you can imagine for a vacation just bring your suitcase. The gal in maintenance keeps the pool area clean and beautiful! It’s our favorite place to go and we will be back. From the moment we arrived at The Pearl, we knew we were in for something special. The 16th-floor corner unit offers truly breathtaking views of both the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound — waking up to that panorama each morning was unforgettable. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped gourmet kitchen to extra beach chairs and toys for the kids.The master suites were pure luxury, and the kids loved having their own spacious bedroom with two queen beds. We spent so much time on the balcony just soaking in the ocean views and listening to the waves. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay perfect — their communication, helpfulness, and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. This was easily one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in, and we can’t wait to come back!

This week was nothing short of amazing. I've started a tradition with taking my staff on vacation every year. We are looking forward to staying here again. Margaret was readily available for any questions I had. She's a gem!The condo is beautiful, convenient to the beach, pool & shopping. We ordered our groceries from Wal-Mart & the delivery person actually found our room with ease. I'm looking forward to staying next year!

This property was AMAZING!! It was even more beautiful in person. The accommodation set up was perfect for our family. Ms. Margaret was the absolute best host! This property was one of the best we’ve stayed at, and we have been coming to Navarre Beach for years. It is beautifully furnished and had many thoughtful touches, such as beach chairs, wagon, toys, etc. The provided paper towels, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. were a very nice touch. Margaret was thoughtful and easy to communicate with at all times. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing condo! The views were beautiful! This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. It has beach towels, which made things so much easier. There are spectacular views throughout the condo. Easily walk to near by restaurants. Margaret, the host, is very caring and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will be back!!

We absolutely LOVE staying at this condo. This was our second stay. Pictures truly do not show the beauty of the condo and the breath taking views of the gulf. The condo is spotless! Margaret and Michael are the perfect hosts. They go to extra lengths to make sure you are completely spoiled and never want to leave their home. Our Granddaughter loved the beach toys and puzzles that were there for us to use. We will definitely return.

Very nice condo, would stay there again

This property is everything it says it is! The owners take care of every little detail. The condo is beautifully decorated. The balconies have lovely views. It was a perfect stay for us. Added bonus (as if you need one) is the wonderful white sandy beach and the prettiest turquoise blue waters. Can’t wait to go back!

Margaret and Mike were A hosts! The day we were driving in we were supposed to hit storms. Margaret was so caring and waited for us until we arrived. She really made us feel like we were part of her family. she stayed and showed us how to work the thermostat and showed us a few other things in the condo before she departed. The condo is breathtaking! The decor matches the view. Almost to the point where you feel like you are on the beach, but inside. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the pillows are amazing! The views are undeniably the best! They are picturesque no matter which window you look out of. water pressure was great! The kitchen had everything we needed whether we were eating in or having leftovers. It is centrally located. not only is it right on the beach. You can walk to the pier and eat lunch or dinner at Windjammers or Andy D’s. It is also very close to the bridge. There was nothing that was more than maybe 10 minutes away from the location.Don’t forget beach service every day! Not to mention, Margaret has beach chairs and an umbrella and other beach goodies inside the condo for your use. She provides beach towels, which was huge because those can be cumbersome to travel with. There are lots of games to play. I asked Margaret before we got there if she had bingo. She did not, but to our surprise when we got there, there was a brand new bingo game! Margaret and Mike are wonderful hosts! I can’t wait to visit again and stay in this heavenly abode!

The condo has everything you need - cookware in great shape, dish towels, Tupperware, 2 washers and dryers, roku tvs, great view, easy beach access, and a heated pool that was a big advantage for a spring break trip. Great communication via text with host!

I have lower back issues and find that recliners are key to my comfort. There are recliners in the living room and in the bedrooms. We have stayed in many VRBO's over the years. This is the cleanest and most comfortable by far ! Everything that you could need or want was provided. The view was breathtaking. Highly recommend !!!

Unit #1601 at The Pearl of Navarre Beach was exactly as pictured and very comfortable.Everything was top notch and we enjoyed our stay greatly!The Unit is clean and well stocked with everything you might need to prepare quick snacks or wonderful dinners at home while watching the Beach Life.

We loved this property and will definitely rent again. Could view both the beach and the sound from opposite sides of the condo. Location was quiet and peaceful. Property was well maintained and had most of the things we needed for a 2 week stay. Great communication with the hostess. Again, we loved the condo!

This was our third December visit at this property. The location and views are spectacular. The corner property has great views of the Gulf as well as both sunrise and sunset. Very comfortable for a family vacation. The host is does an excellent job. The descriptions are accurate.

The condo was excellent. The view is amazing. The interior is exceptional and everything is as described in the listing and working. The building is nice and the parking lot is gated. The elevators are quick minimizing wait and ride time to the 16th floor. Communication and response to questions was immediate. I will check availability of this condo first for my next visit to Navarre Beach.

This is hands down the best condo in Navarre!! This was our second time staying here and we just can’t say enough good about it! Beautiful view and wonderfully calm decor… it’s our favorite place for a romantic vacation!!

What a lovely condo to stay at! The host has thought of all the details! A truly CLEAN condo that is much appreciated! The number of living and dining room seats matches the number of people the condo sleeps. Complimentary beach chairs & towels was a bonus! 3 separate bedroom and bathroom areas allowed for privacy. Many windows to view the lovely beach below. We plan to come again next year.

I am not a person who usually goes off reviews but can say all of them are spot on. The condo was super clean when we arrived. The view is absolutely amazing. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, if you want to stay in and cook. The attention to detail was amazing. Margaret is an amazing host. She was so quick to respond to any questions I messaged her about. She was quick to come over and take care of a minor issue we had. She greeted us and treated us like family. Her passion to provide a great experience comes out when talking with her. My family and I will definitely be back soon.

There aren't enough adjectives to describe Mrs. Ryan's home that she so graciously shared with my family. There aren't enough adjectives to describe her either. She was very responsive to any of my questions! Especially when it came to having items for small children like my granddaughter! The condo was so nicely decorated and had everything one could want to make it a home away from home! We were so impressed with the accommodations that we are planning to book 2 weeks next year and we'll be flying. This first trip we drove from Culpeper, VA to Florida. It was a bit much for this ole' gal and the decision to fly next year was made so easily because you couldn't want for nothing in this beautiful condo. Miss Margaret, it was a pleasure to meet you.
