Luxurious Desert Condo in Exclusive Indian Wells

Enjoyed our stay and owner very helpful

We rented our vacation home for a month and found that the home was exactly as described..clean,well laid out and plenty of room for overnight guests with privacy as each bedroom had it's own ensuite. We met the owner on about the 3rd day of our visit as he came to inspect minor repairs that been done to a window. The owner (David) was generally very sincere in making sure our stay would be satisfactory. He added new TV channels that we liked and helped me with my computer What we realy loved was the patio facing east that gave us the warm morning sun and shaded us from the hot afternoon sun. Thanks David for giving us a home away from home to enjoy our vacation

Fantastic Indian Wells Property - the ideal vacation home - located in a secured (gate guarded community), this place is really spectacular. The property is located in a very desirous part of Indian Wells, incredible morning views of the mountains, quite and peaceful. The views from the patio including the direct access to the green belt off the patio are incredible, close by private pools and the house is definetly first classs - all one level, 2 car garage, each room seperated by other rooms providing tremendous privacy. The location is ideal for all activities including golf, tennis , shopping and restaurants. Definetly recommend this excellent property!

I can honestly recommend this property for your desert vacation ! The property us spacious , extremely comfortable and in a get location , in a gate guarded community. The back porch looks out on a spacious greenbelt. There are numerous swimming pools and tennis courts available for your enjoyment. Furthermore , this property is a two minute drive to excellent restaurants and golf courses!

We spent February and March 2016 in this lovely villa and found it ideal for our needs. It is bright and cheerful and appointed to cover our requirements for visits of family, friends, and dinner guests. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining. The rooms are spacious and the bedrooms are private with each having it's own bathroom. Expansive lawn adjacent to the patio with the tennis and pool close by with the mountains as a beautiful backdrop. The location is convenient to shopping, hiking, golf and biking. Owners were very responsive to our questions and minor needs. We're returning next year for more sun and fun ! Ken B.

We stayed the month of March 2014 and loved the condo. Spacious, clean, well-maintained, quiet, tennis and pools very close, close access to El Paseo, etc. All as advertised. Owner very helpful and honest. Photo's were accurate. Would highly recommend; hope to rent again next March.

We had the opportunity to visit this condo with another couple and our teen aged kids. The rooms are large and separated so that the home was very quiet and everyone had their own comfortable space to retreat. Because the condo is all on one floor and quite open, this home would be perfect for someone with disabilities. Indian Wells has fabulous places to shop and dine, it is adjacent to the famous El Paseo shopping area. Walking around the condo development was a delight as we were surprised to find lemon, grapefruit, tangerine and orange trees. We hope to come back to this property soon.

I was very excited to have the opportunity to stay at this beautiful condo. It is in the most beautiful city, Indian Wells. I felt like it was Beverly Hills of the desert. The condo is spacious, comfortable, very clean, and has a fantastic view from the backyard patio. There are lighted tennis courts and pools extremely close to the patio. There are numerous excellent restautants, and golf courses minutes from this gate guarded property. I highly recommend renting this fantastic property!
