Luxurious CDA Downtown Stay 5-Star, Walk to Downtown & Lake - Garage

Shannon was an exceptional host from start to finish. The home was spotless—truly one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. It was stocked with everything we needed, and the location couldn’t be better. We were just minutes from great restaurants, convenient shopping, and of course, the lake. A perfect stay in every way.

Condo was super close to downtown with on sight parking, clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with very thoughtful attention to details, amenities (well stocked bathroom, laundry supplies, coffee, spices, lots of dishes, glasses and flatware) and helpful instructions/labels throughout. Shannon responded quickly to questions before checkin and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our third stay at Shannon’s beautiful downtown condo and, frankly, every time we stay we’re amazed at the attention to detail Shannon shows in her place. We’re frequent Vrbo users and we’ve never had the finishing touches she provides. If you could give more stars they would be deserved!

Place was very well organized. Instructions and request were clear. Provided amenities not often found in other VRBOs.

The host was easy to communicate with, the condo was warm and inviting and so close to everything! We walked everywhere - bakery, coffee shop, great trail around the lake. We will be back!

The property is one of the best VRBO’s I have ever stayed at. Shannon was great at communicating. Great location close to the downtown shops and dining. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.

Great location

Beautiful, comfy, cozy with all the amenities you would ever need-more than anywhere else we have stayed! Very convenient to downtown restaurants, shopping, grocery & the beach. We parked our car in the garage & walked everywhere. Thank you, Shannon, for the lovely visit to Coeur d'Alene! Carla

Shannon's condo is ideally located near downtown and grocery stores. Cozy fireplace, throws to cover up when you're chilled. Everything needed in the kitchen; even a teakettle! Beds comfy and warm, pillow choices, towels thick and fluffy. Light and airy; great decor. Big step into the shower, garage is tiny, and it's tricky getting luggage upstairs, but these are minor issues considering the overall experience. Thank you!

We love this place. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and has everything you could need. We had a perfect long weekend.

Great spot

This property was one of our best rental experiences. Shannon was great! It was clean, the location was great, and it was quieter than I would have thought as it is only blocks from the main street...everything was perfect! We hope to come back soon.

Great location and well equipped property. Perfect location for easy access to great hiking. The host communicated well and her property included extras to make our visit comfortable and relaxing. It is a beautiful area to experience!!

This place completely exceeded my expectations! The layout of the condo was perfect. The beds were so comfy, the bathroom was very spacious, the washing machine and laundry area had all we needed: iron, steamer, laundry pods, etc. The place was decorated so nicely and they even had a little coffee bar to use until we made it to the grocery store. Very thoughtful and location was amazing to walk everywhere. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend to all my friends.

This spot offered easy access to everything downtown. I was able to have my car parked for 75% of the day and walk everywhere. The condo was quiet and offered all the promised amenities. The host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful throughout the process. I'll happily return the next time I'm in town.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything you could think of and more. Extra soft bedding, and a coffee bar. Perfect after a long day of hiking. Will definitely stay here again next summer! Thanks Shannon!
