Stayed Oct 1, 2025Huge HOMEY 2 level Condo…..the beach is right there, no need to park a car…….you r at the beach.Host , James, responded to messages right away…..Beds are comfy ,kitchen is full sized…..has all you require.Deli/ convenience type locally owned store….part of Harry’s deli, restaurant and wine store……premade food.ALL are across the street from condo. Only 8 condos there. Everyone is happy and friendly ……ENJOY

Stayed Feb 28, 2023We plan to go back yearly if available!! Roomy, close to the beach, owner was pleasant, helpful and shared many accessories (beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes . . .) to make your stay pleasant. For rental property, the unit was clean. We had no issues.

Stayed Jul 2, 2021We had a great couple of weeks at the condo. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. Great kitchen for making meals together. Having the beach in our backyard was fabulous - Easy to go to and from during the day. Condo was wonderfully situated in the middle of the Key, making it easy to get to AMI and St. Armands. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Stayed May 16, 2021We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Lots and Lots of pool and beach equipment. Nice and quiet and the beach and pool was never crowded. Loved that there were a few restaurants and convenience store within walking distance since there aren't many on Longboat Key. Would love to come back.
