LUXURIOUS APARTMENT DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH in Hollywood Beach

The only thing I would change would be a much stronger lock on kitchen door.

We arrived and one of the doors was unlocked going into the kitchen. Took over 24 hours for a/c to kick in and I was expected to be there for maintenance man and mess with breaker, which I did not. The host never checked the next day to even see if it was working or not. No ocean view. Construction all day Monday and Thursday while outside at pool. Tides poolside never answered our text order for food and when we called they hung up on us. TV was in French and no instructions on how to change that. Service elevators were not working one day and we had to carry our belongings to 11th floor. The pool was lovely and well maintained. The condo was clean but alot of nuances. Would not stay there again .

Very clean facility….only gripe was that there was not a clear view of the ocean from the room.

Property is exactly as described. The owners provided everything necessary, and more, for a perfect vacation. No complaints in any aspects of the accommodation. The only challenge I had was the beach, which I understood was private (as you needed a fob to enter). It was overcrowded, no respect for personal space and smoking permitted. I therefore went to a public beach which was perfect.

Nice property. A lot of construction going on throughout the stay. I didn't use any of the facilities to rate.

Clean, spacious, renovated, modern, tastefully decorated condo at a great location with all the amenities you need available onsite for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. Nice balcony with seating to enjoy the ocean view. Responsive, courteous property owner. Not disclosed in the original listing are parking and fob charges.

Picture perfect location for me and my husband and 2 adult children. Would definitely stay again.

Very secure building. Key fob needed for entry to every single door. Beautiful kitchen. Only Partial ocean view, however.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely. The location was not as good as hoped for. The check in process is cumbersome and the fobs are a bit much. Even the person at the desk said the fob is not necessary as there is always someone there to let you in. The Host is really quick in responding to any questions.

This condo was perfect for what we needed. The location was great. We did not park a car, as we used Uber for our entire trip. The beach was fabulous, much better than expected. The check-in process included registering with the condo and paying for a key fob and wristband which are needed to access most parts of the building, pool and beach. This cost $20/fob. Must purchase one fob for every 2 adults. This was a bit unexpected and took a bit longer than anticipated. But overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend this place to friends/family and would stay again if needed.

Very friendly communication with the owners and I was very well informed. The space was roomy okay for our purpose. The apartment was clean and neat. Everyone at property was friendly. The biggest issue was that the parking pass never worked. We had to drive around to be let in the gate the entire stay. Even after telling the man at the gate it was never fixed for us.
