Luxurious, 3rd-Floor Condo at Vista Cay

Walked around the lake, very scenic. Very spacious rooms.

Stayed with my family of all ages. Plenty of space for everyone throughout the week. Definitely will consider staying here again next year.

We love staying in Vista Cay, and this location was perfect for our event. Kids love the pool and game room, parents love the comfortable, spacious living arrangements.

Place was located close to everything. Getting and Uber to this location is super quick and we definitely utilized instacart. Would stay there again.

I have to compare rental with the Marriott Vacation Club which always was impecable, and which we rented for same amount of nights every other month for many years before Covid. (N0 owners) we did not choose you, were automatically transferred to you while making a Marriott reservation. For what we payed IN ADVANCE, we had no chance at all to move to another location, we would have really do that. I will list what I didn’t like for what I payed. Dining table chairs need new cushion; no balcony door curtain; balcony column is somewhat loose seems unsafe; ice maker dispenser not working. For 11 days!!!! NO toilet paper; 4 adult towels for 5 persons; no extra trash bags; coffee for 1 day; laundry detergent for 1 day; 1 very small soap for each bathroom; only 3 dishwasher pods; 1 paper towel roll; 1 very small dish liquid bottle. We usually stay a lot in the house, we are not customers that only use the beds and leave. We usually rent a place to fill like if I am home, and Marriott is always impecable.

The condo was so pretty! BUT the showers were not clean and the people above us were loud at night starting about 11:30 PM. Keeping some people in our party awake and woke us up all hours. When we sent an email to address the bathrooms being dirty (hair in the tubs, what looked like blood on the shower curtain, feces in the wall) we were told someone would be there to clean but they never came. We were spending the week at Universal so we didn't contact anyone further to take care of it we just cleaned it ourselves. Also, bring extra towels and trash bags with you unless you like washing towels every day since they only give you 1 set per person. We called for more towels and they brought them but we were told that it was normal to only receive one set per person. We really liked the building and the condo though. It was convenient to go to Universal and there were lots of places to shop and eat that were close.
