Luxurious 3 Bedroom Condo Sleeps 8! Brand New Full Size Washer and Dryer..!!

Great place to stay. Host was amazing.

Everything about this place was absolutely perfect for 3 adults!!! Everyone had their own bedroom, their own bathroom, and their own heat controls in their area. Every amenity was provided that we needed. The place was clean!! I would definitely rent again if I was in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this Kingsmill VRBO! The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Dick was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Great location and all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway in Williamsburg. Highly recommend!

Perfect base of operations for our group.

Lovely property which is part of the Kingsmill Resort and is in walking distance to the clubhouse and just off the tennis courts. It was perfect for a stay for 5 adults. Kitchen was the best equipped for a VRBO I’ve ever seen. We hosted dinner for 19 people and had to bring some serving bowls but for the most part place was comfortable. Dick is a great host, very receptive and accommodating. We’d come back to the area and stay here again if the opportunity arose. Wish the weather was better at the start of our stay, tournament was rained out twice with more rain than they’d had in months!

The property was as advertised and had everything we needed for our family get-away. It should be noted that even though we stayed on the Kingsmill property, we were not able to make tee times and play golf which we've been able to do in the past. Guessing the policy has changed if you do not book through the resort. No problem though as there are planty of golf courses around and we had not trouble getting a tee time at a very nice course. the location we had was also very nice and convenient. Would defintiely stay here again!

Wonderful get away with our 2 kids and their partners. It was perfect and allowed everyone to enjoy the magic of Williamsburg! We all had plenty of privacy and space and the apartment was super well stocked with everything that we could want or need. Location was easy to get around and the place was super clean. Will certainly want to come back in the future.

Two friends and I spent two nights in Williamsburg to shop for the holidays and attend the grand illumination in Colonial Williamsburg, including the fireworks after sunset. Kingsmill is just a short drive from the Market Square where we shopped and ate dinner, and we enjoyed two nights at the condominium with fires in the fireplace, breakfasts cooked in the well-appointed kitchen, games at night, and brisk walks to the marina as the sun rose. And we slept so soundly there! The beds and bedding were super comfy and the entire place is immaculate. The host was very helpful and easy to work with. This place is a gem.

Outstanding property and great location for visiting Busch Gardens. Nicely appointed bedrooms, living room, kitchen. Amazing pool. Plan to return next year.

Condo was immaculately clean and the Kings Mill location in Williamsburg was a nicely situated for us to do all the things we wanted to do in the Williamsburg area.
