Ginger went above and beyond to accommodate us with an early check-in and late checkout, which made our stay that much more enjoyable. The home was pure joy — beautifully kept, comfortable, and full of charm. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the theater room was truly amazing — perfect for relaxing and movie nights. Stayed Oct 6, 2024The penthouse was beautiful, fully stocked, well cleaned, great location. The owner Ginger and her husband were super responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We had a to get a tire replaced and they even helped us get that taken care of! 10/10 recommend!

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Our family had a great time at this place. Host was very attentive and answered as soon as we called, checking in on us just to make sure we did not need any assistance. I would say the movie room was our favorite place in the house. We watched at least one movie every night with the kids. We could believe the movie collection, it was large with a wide range of movies. Thank you for letting us say! Cheers

Stayed May 26, 2023We have gone to Rocky Point for the last 8 years on Memorial Day - this Penthouse is by far the best! They have everything you need for an amazing vacation! Very spacious and extremely well thought out decorating! Ginger was amazing! Communication with her was by far the best I have experienced on VRBO!
