Stayed Feb 1, 2025This condo lived up to everything we had hoped for! Having the ocean steps from the condo (and the condo facing the ocean) is great. The balcony is big and had nice chairs to sit on and enjoy the sunrises every morning. We also enjoyed the pool that is located right out the main doors. We never had a problem finding chairs by the pool and the unit comes with 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas for the beach. The condo is located near shopping (Walmart, Publix) and restuarants, although a car or uber is requried as most are not within walking distance. (Walmart is about a 15-20 minute walk). The condo is clean and has everything you need to get you started for your stay. You do have to buy some basics depending on the length of your stay, as they only provide you with minimum suppllies. My only complaint is that there are no dish clothes to dry dishes (only one roll of paper towels), so we did end up buying a couple of dish clothes at Walmart. The beds are very comfortable and they even supplied a pack'n'go which we used as a crib for our 1.5 year old. The check in went smoothly; just read the instructions you are given ahead of time so you know where you have to go and you won't have a problem. There is usually a wait to be served, but the line moves relatively quickly. Contacting the host (which I did on the vrbo app/email) was easy and I always received a reply in a timely basis. Overall, excellent stay and we would definitely rent this condo in the future.

Stayed Apr 19, 2022The unit itself is terrific - the bedrooms and living areas are spacious and comfortable. The balcony and views of the beach are great. The kitchen is well equipped. The entire unit was spotless. Our check-in was a little clumsy - we weren't sure where to go and the people that work at the front desk in the building (employed by building, not by the unit owner) were not friendly or helpful. We made a phone call and got it straightened out quickly. This building has a lot of rules and quirks. The charge for the fobs is ridiculous but it's a building rule, not an owner rule. Check out process was super easy. The area around the building is mostly just blocks and blocks of other high-rise condos - no restaurants within walking distance as far as we can tell - so a car or Uber is pretty important.
