Stayed Apr 6, 2023I recently stayed at this unit for a weekend getaway and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm smile from the friendly receptionist who made the check-in process seamless. The room was immaculate and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the room had a stunning view of the city skyline. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible.

Stayed Feb 22, 2023We stayed in the One Hotel Residence for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of One Hotel; 3 pools, beach club, rooftop restaurant, etc. We used the hotel car to get to various South Beach restaurants and enjoyed the easy walk back due to its great location. We had a little problem with the TV and got immediate help to resolve the problem.
