We had an amazing time and an amazing host. This was our second straight year staying here and we will be back

This is our second time staying at this lovely home. The house is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked and there are so many details added that create so much comfort. Amela is such a gracious host and so thoughtful available to help with any questions. It’s situated on a beautiful location on the golf course and a short walk to the beach. We feel very grateful for our stay and will absolutely be returning.

This is the second time I’vestayed at this property and won’t be the last! The location with pool and ocean close by, amenities and attention to detail can’t be beat. We always have everything we need when we stay here and look forward to our next visit!

The property creates a relaxing, clean, comfortable environment. The host provides extra thoughtful touches so that guests feel like guests rather than renters. In addition, the host demonstrated genuine concern for our comfort and complete satisfaction, checking in with us and answering small questions immediately. We have never experienced such caring from a host before! The location is convenient for quick beach access, restaurants, shopping etc. We highly recommend to our other friends and family who visit and we will definitely return.

We stayed in this beautiful condo several years ago and loved it so much decided to stay again. The amenities, are over the top. From fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar to luxury linens luxury linens . Amela , the host is more than accommodating in every way. It’s worth every dime it cost and I hope we can return in the future

Such a wonderful experience had at an excellent property. The owner/host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. My family would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience. Beautiful water views and quick and easy beach access. Modern aesthetics with plenty of space.

Wow, we just left and can’t wait to cisit again. This property was beyond clean and stylish but truly a sanctuary for my sister and me after a surgery I had locally. The host is so attentive and responsive, the property is stocked with everything you need (including beach umbrellas and chairs, etc). We love sawgrass and this location was lovely in the water and fairway. A five star visit for sure, we will absolutely stay here again next visit!

Absolutely loved our stay — this rental truly sets the gold standard for vacation homes! We travel frequently and have stayed in dozens of Airbnbs and VRBOs over the years, but this one was far and away the most thoughtfully stocked, beautifully maintained, and welcoming space we've ever experienced.From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the attention to detail: the chef-level kitchen (with everything you could need — including olive oil, cooking spray, spices, and high-quality utensils), a coffee bar with sweeteners and creamer options, and even a basket of welcoming snacks. The ice was freshly made for our arrival, and the bathrooms were stocked with bright white, spa-quality towels that felt like luxury hotel linens.We made great use of the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cooler — everything you need for a beach day was there, and in great condition. The location is incredibly convenient, with a private, peaceful backyard and just steps from the pool. We also appreciated discovering the nearby shuttle lot for Sawgrass beach access — a lifesaver during hot days with heavy beach gear!Even the tech was thoughtfully handled: fast Wi-Fi and smart TVs that automatically log you out after your stay. It's these kinds of details that make this property such a standout. With limited time together as a family of young adults, this place made every moment feel seamless, special, and stress-free. We can't wait to come back!

We (adult daughter, husband, and I) visited Ponte Vedra Beach and satyed at this absolutely beautiful golf resort condo. The furnishings were giving Spa at the Beach vibes. The owners thought of every amenity to make our stay comfortable. The beds and pillows were heavenly! We will be making this our go to rental when visiting our family here.

We had a great week . The house was very clean and we enjoyed all the comforts of home . I personally liked the white /and quality of linens and towels . Our host was very helpful and in contact at my disposal . A few simple house hiccups and they were attended too . It happens! We were even given a generous treat for disturbance :)) . Lovely restaurants and grocery’s 5 mins away .My family thought the beach was a bit of walk and you can’t really park , so for people needing to know this , make arrangements OR walk 15 minutes .Beach gear and a wagon was provided as well . This is a gated community. The pool closest to us was just lovely clean and we were alone . Perfect ! Thanks for a nice week Amelia , and for sharing your home .

We had a lovely time at this beautiful home. There was nothing left to be desired..the home is spacious, decorated beautifully, very clean and well organized. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cooking equipment that you would need. There are very specific instructions for using the property and the appliances. Our host Amelia was incredibly accommodating and helpful and always very responsive any time we had a question. We have stayed at many condos in this area and this was by far the best experience we have had. There is much love and care put into this home and you can FEEL it all. We are so grateful to have been able to stay and we are looking forward to returning next year.

The property is absolutely beautiful and much more than advertised. Owners are the most welcoming and friendly people. We stayed for Thanksgiving as our son is stationed in Jacksonville and we could not have been more happy. The communication between owner and our family was top notch. We felt very welcomed and supported. They provided recommendations for local restaurants and answered all questions about the area. This property is beyond beautiful and will make any family gathering one to remember. Beautiful home, beautiful beach and wonderful community. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Jacksonville area. You will not be disappointed. This was a trip to remember and we are looking forward to staying here again. The house is situated in one of the lakes, overlooking the golf course with a great nook to enjoy the afternoon. We enjoyed the beach, house comes with chairs, buggie boards and wagon. Great bedding, many amenities from shampoo/ conditioner, full coffee bar goodies even a few sodas in the fridge! Amela is a great host, we will be back!!

Host was awesome.

The pics do not due the home justice. We were met with a beautiful aroma at the door that welcomed us to comforts of home. Our host, Amela, thought of everything including recommending rental locations and fab restaurant options. What really won us over was her providing weather updates about a tropical storm. We are already planning next year's visit.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and a perfect set up for a family. It is right across from a pool and in walking distance/short bike ride/quick car ride to the private beach. The owner has thought of everything one might need (or forgotten) when on a trip. It was easy to check-in, easy to check-on, and excellent communication. Thank you for you a great stay!
