Stayed Dec 21, 2021This was a last minute booking, and the rental office was very helpful. They were friendly, available for questions, and overall nice to work with. The condo wasn't in perfect condition, there was chipped paint and minor issues. There was no towel bar in the master bathroom, which was inconvenient. Still, the patio was lovely, we couldn't have had a better view or location. Our trip to Tybee was a last minute change and we didn't know what to expect, but we plan on returning to Tybee and would definitely rent this place again.

Stayed Oct 14, 2021The property was wonderful in most regards. One minor concern was that although the microwave worked fine and was clean, there is rust in its interior. However, we absolutely would stay there again if one major problem was fixed: the door from the front deck to the front stairway leading to the street could not be locked. Both the knob and the deadbolt were rusted. This was a security concern for us as there is no way to bar access from the street to the front deck - and to the entire property at any time the sliding doors are not locked. Otherwise, we highly recommend the property.
