Luxe Rainey Street condo w/lake-view balcony - rooftop pool & gym, dogs OK

Beautiful condo and views from the top floors. Had a wonderful time.

Great condo- it was clean, had a stocked kitchen, and impeccable location. The pool and gym were perfect & the cafe in the lobby was extremely convenient. Check-in and out was simple and staff were friendly

This is a must condo! It was fun, modern, clean, amazing views of the city, and walking distance to just about everything! Perfect anniversary getaway.

Great place to stay downtown. close to most of the shopping and nightlife. Great view of the river. Rooftop pool was nice to relax at.Would definitely choose this over a hotel room for a comparable price.

Great spot! Clean, super friendly and with-in 1-2 miles of everything. I will always stay here when i visit Austin.

Checked in after 200 mile drive. Elevator requires key to select the floor, did not work. Used stairs to access floor & call elevator w/spouse & bags to floor. Keys did not work in door. Tried both several times, neither worked, both gave red led on lock. Returned to lobby, receptionist told me both keys were correctly coded, although she rescanned both. After rescanning they worked, but I did not appreciate or need her condescending attitude. A brief sorry about that &try them now. would have been nice & more customer service oriented. Apartment was sparsely furnished somewhat grubby. Road noise from nearby Rt 35 was loud, even though on 21st floor. Most disappointing was the cleanliness of utensils, pans & kitchen knives, etc, There was dried food on several of the items. There was no sponge or scrubbing pad to use to clean them. We just ran everything through the dishwasher, if there was dried food on the utensils and pots and pans we could not really trust that anything was clean. Did not all come off. TV in living room would not connect to the WiFi, the oven had a broken bracket on rack so it could not be used. Glassware, plates and other items were mismatched in various quantities, 2 of some others 3 or 4 Property obviously catered to younger crowd who probably does not care. Related all to manager, they wanted photos, me to try to fix TV, no help was ever offered til day before we left. Got a call from manager to discuss issues, too little too late.

Spent a long weekend in Austin. Condo was within walking distance to everything downtown, steps from the Lady Bird lake trail, great views from the unit and the rooftop pool area. Clean and just as advertised. Check in easy.

Live the location, great unit, easy to get to areas of interest in Austin. Easy valet service.

This property is an excelllent place to stay for a visit to Austin. Great location, views and walkable to the main attractions down town.

There are beautiful views, spacious living areas, and easy access to Barton Springs, Downtown, and UT Campus.

Building staff and management are super helpful and professional. This unit was comfortable and perfect for my stay while visiting Austin. Washer dryer, kitchen and bath all good size and convenient way to maintain work/life balance while traveling.

Exactly as pictured! Amazing views, lovely balcony, and in impeccable condition. The WiFi is a little spotty, and the elevator can be problematic, but those were such small inconveniences that it didn’t matter to us!
