The Space:

**** 'Crescent Beach Club will be under construction for 2 years starting in Sept. 2025 for the required restoration after the 40 year inspection on the property. Balcony restoration will begin in the south building and work north beach side, gradually closing one stack at a time only moving on once fully complete. Guest will not have access to the balcony and view will completely blocked during this time. Parking is also limited due the equipment required to complete the work. There is not a specific timeline for each building as work can be affected by weather and other unseen circumstances. Please reach out to confirm amenity availability before booking as they will not be open during parts of the restoration.'

    Great stay for family of 6. Great location and unbelievable view. Could watch dolphins and manatees cruise down the beach front. Best place to watch sunsets. Property manager was very responsive. Property had lots of beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas, kids toys). Only negative was property could use a little TLC and new couch. One of the best locations we stayed at.

    Do not stay st any property managed by Vacasa. The place we rented was lovely - but we had to deal with construction noise from the unit next doir, from 8-5 every day. Then all water was shut off. Two days before the end of our stay we were asked to shut off the water due to a leak in the floor below. This was after 11 p.m. We were promised maintenance would be there at 8 a.m. the next morning to reoair and restore water. We set our alarm to ensure we would be awake. No one ever showed up. Multiple texts ensued where we were lied to about the problem being worked on. Staying on the 20th floor, we were told we could use bathrooms in the fitness facility on the 2nd floor. This was the total solution to the problem. Meanwhile we had no water. Maintenance at the facility said there was nothing they could do because the property was managed by Vacasa. (This was after they got us to agree to let them tiurn off the water, promising 8 a.m. service.) Again, Vacasa did nothing to attemot to fix the problem. The fact that they ruined the last 2 days of our vacation fell on deaf ears. In over 30 years of staying at the Gulf, I've never had such bad treatment from a property management company. Nor have I not been informed of major construction noise which would prevent quiet enjoyment of the property. I'll never stay at another property managed by Vacasa. . .

    We had my 85 year old parents with us and the guest bedroom toilet had major issues. We had to have it serviced 4-5 times as well as the hallway toilet. They could not use the master bathroom due to the step to get up on the toilet area. Last dat they came out and Apparantly changed the flusher handle on the hallway toilet. It didn’t work and swirled as if running all night. The issue unfortunately was a constant issue during our entire two week stay. The unit and view is extremely nice and looked as advertised. Two other observations. 1. We had to lay a beach towel on the floor at the base of the front door to block the wind flow and loud sound, so I would suggest putting a new weather strip in. Second, the outdoor cushions on the “couch” set up on the balcony are extremely stained and dirty so I would suggest replacing those. I’ve owned a rental property for 13 years and understand how these things pop up occasionally but, I really do think the plumbing needs to be evaluated on the two toilets I referenced above. Dan

    Rally perfect vacation despite mildly chilly weather. Condo was perfect for our group of 5. Beautiful views and amenities. Right on beach. Great pool. Great location!

    It was really nice. The only thing is it was suppose to be supplied with toliet paper and paper towels there wasn’t any we did have to go buy that.

    Exceeded expectations and would recommend this property to anyone. Only obstacle was weak internet and had to go to certain location which the owner already advised they will be updating.
