Luxe Oceanfront view, murphy bed, parking and pool

It was a perfect location. The Ocean view and easy access to the beach was terrific. It was also easy to find other events in the area and to also drive to them.

The view of the ocean from the unit is wonderful. We enjoyed watching the surfers all day long as well as the fun owners were having with their dogs on the beach. The condo is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The free coffee pods were very much appreciated. The check-in process was easy. We loved our stay and will recommend it to others.

Mermaid Crossing is a beautiful space with stunning views of the ocean. We got to see gorgeous sunsets and dolphins every morning. The condo itself is well stocked with amenities and very clean. It's located right on the boardwalk so there are plenty of places to eat & shop. Property management was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at Capri by the Sea before, but this is the first time we have booked through Nancy’s Vacation Rentals, and the first time we stayed at Mermaid Crossing. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. We hope to come back next year.

Mermaid Crossing is very comfortable and relaxing while watching sunsets, surfers, kite surfers and people on the beach. The decor is beach and the location is perfect for walking, biking and access to local restaurants. The amenities are fully stocked not just minimal.

We loved our stay here! We did a long weekend with just my husband and I and loved everything about it - the condo, the view and location were all amazing!

The property and everything around it was absolutely beautiful. Inwould definitely satu again. There was a little bit of a hiccup getting into the building and the building name should have been listed.

Great sunsets

Our family of 4 stayed six days in this wonderful condo, and I cannot say enough how nice it is. The view is spectacular, the location is fantastic - right on the boardwalk, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. The detail provided on everything was perfect - check in, Wifi, expectations - you name it. Response from the property company was almost immediate on the one small question/concern we had. Also, honestly one of the best stocked Vrbo properties we've ever stayed in. Everything you could need was provided and was high quality. 100% recommend!

Okay let me start out with this is only the second review I have ever taken the time to write I was so pleased with the whole experience that it deserves a great review. So I gave it the name, Our Beach Condo! My family and I found a place that we all love so much. The combination of safety, location and the views especially and overall enjoyment made our vacation truly special and fulfilled with great memories don’t think we will go back unless we can stay here again if we can get this room then most definitely will be back!!

What a GORGEOUS condo with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. Beachfront location cannot be beat. We loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. Convenient path made for easy beach access. Beds were so comfortable, we felt like we were laying on clouds after full days of sightseeing and sunbathing. Never expected a Murphy bed to be so soft and cozy!Kitchen was fully stocked, and open layout was perfect for our family. Heated pool and relaxing hot tub right around the corner open til 10pm! Great way to end the night. We could walk or bike to a ton of shops and restaurants. Loved this beach town. Couldn't have been happier with our stay in Capri by the Sea in Pacific Beach!

We spent 4 nights there. The location was perfect.The view of the ocean from our room was beautiful.We took advantage of the beach access every day.Also took in some activities in and around San Diego Bay.The room was just as advertised. Very happy with our time there.

Amazing view! Within walking distance to many restaurants. The host had great communication from the beginning and detailed instructions for our stay.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just wanted to come back here and say that the pictures are as good as they are in real life. I wasn’t sure if it was gonna be as nice as the pictures looked and it absolutely was. The view is phenomenal.. I will be buying a bidet now as well. I would definitely come back!

Spent 6 days in this amazing condo. Newly remodeled ! The designer did an amazing job!Clean bright and comfortable!!

My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute. It is so close to everything in San Diego but we found it hard to leave due to the views. There are so many tasty restaurants and coffee shops near by. The condo is exactly as described and the view is even better. Also a perk was the beach and boardwalk right outside the building. Could not have been more perfect.

Nice stay will come again

We had a 5 night stay and this property did not disappoint! The views were amazing and the perfect distance from downtown SD and La Jolla. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need, including beach gear. This is quite possibly the most comfortable bed I've had in a VRBO to date. Security was on site 24/7 and we felt very safe at this location with the key fob only access. We can't wait to visit again!

Such a beautiful place to stay! My husband and 3 boys and I enjoyed our time immensely. Boys enjoyed boogie boarding each day and the view of the water/beach was breath-taking. Well-appointed kitchen, plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels for a family of 5 to use for 5 days. We plan to return!

It was a lovely condo. Everything was clean and convenient. We appreciated all of the beach gear and extra linen that was accessible. Definitely one of the nicer rental units in the building!

Had a great time here and there is plenty to do close by within a short walk.
