Luxe King Suite Bliss Getaway Condo Near Disney

To begin with, I couldn't get in the gate of the property because the I.D scanner wasn't working properly. The employee at the gate didn't speak English, I had to speak into his phone for interpretation, so unprofessional. Once I got into the gate and on the property there were a lot of construction on the building (I was told that the building was under construction but didn't know it was that much). I got into the room and there were no fresh towels it looked like they were used several times before my arrival. The soap dish on the bathroom counter was placed on top of a (used) wash cloth. Yuck! The utensils in the kitchen were burnt and looked as if they were used before I checked in. The coffee/tea holder wasn't properly filled up and the coffee creamers were in a Ziploc bag as if someone left there items behind. Such an unpleasant look. I sat down on the barstool in the dining area and one of the footrest fell off. The noise from the room upstairs was extremely loud, I heard every footstep. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway trip to start my vacation and was the worst stay I've ever experienced. The pictures on the website definitely fooled me. I have pictures of my own that I took of this place as proof of my experience. I will attach them to this review. I will never book from you again.

The property had everything we needed for a few nights. It was very clean. It was easily accessible to all Disney parks.

We had a fantastic time staying here for the second year in a row. It is in a great and safe location. The host is very kind, responsive and helpful. Very comfortable and homey property. I just rebooked the property and I am excited to come back in February!

Everything was great! Pictures are accurate and I had a great vacation!

Very clean and cute on the inside. However, the outside was trashed and under very heavy construction. We specifically booked this unit so we could relax on the outdoor area in the pictures, and get lots of good sleep. Between the construction that started at 7 am, the child running around until 11 pm and then back up at 5 am, and the outside being trashed, we were unable to do much relaxing. The community and property are well-maintained. Parking is a bit of a crapshoot as well, btw... All that to say that the owner was kind enough to hear our problems out and gave us a partial refund very quickly and without hassle. I appreciate that very much!

Understocked kitchen. Noisy environment due to exterior renovation and loud neighbors. Pools were unheated. Driving in area is extremely congested with loud road noise. Ice maker not working.

The inside of the unit was beautiful. Great coffee station with creamers and a nice selection of coffee. King size bed was comfortable.The construction outside was noisy and they started early, the crew members were very polite though. We could hear people walking above the unit and on the stair wells through out the night. The hot tub closet to the unit was closed and under repair, the other hot tub was at the entrance and you had to drive to or very long walk, and you could only park your car until 5pm in the lot that was close. The hours of the pool/hot tub was dawn to dusk, we went in January so by 6pm it was closed. If you did anything during the day, you might as well forget about being able to use. The tennis court looked nice but if they rented rackets, I could not find it.

Host was not very upfront with what was happening with condo. got a call the day we would be arriving stating they were doing some construction on the out side of property and we could cancel if we want when they could have been upfront when I messaged 2 days prior asking if reservation was all set . So I did not have time to change location and we stayed was very loud starting in the morning and not a lot of communication from the host most likely will not stay here again and we have been using Vrbo for a long time

Convenient to event and shopping/dining. Condo was as advertised and very nice. Host was difficult to get in touch with so I called the Customer Support. Even though I explained one question I had, three times, he still didn’t get it correct! Finally was contacted to by Host. Neighbor upstairs extremely rude in that they allow their child to STOMP and RUN around early in the morning and then from about 5:00-midnight everyday!! Host said they’d mention it to the office but I doubt it’ll change. We didn’t use the pool. Building number not on check in instructions and should be clearly marked as the Condo is clear in the back of the property. Otherwise it was okay.

The space is perfect for a couple traveling together with no children. Easy to get around the complex and the condo was spotless. Best booking by far with Verbo.

Amazing Place. Responsive Host. Close to everything.

The apartment was clean a nice size for a couple, close to grocery stores and shopping centers within minutes. You could easily pick up something to prepare or go out to eat due to the location. The check in process was easy. You were granted an access to use the facility pool if you so desire.

The room was clean and well-equipped. There is a pool, although we did not use it. The complex appeared to be in a working-class area and it was convenient for our needs, to restaurants, etc. We did not go to the theme parks, so cannot speak on that aspect. Ample parking spaces near the condo.

Very clean,all newly remodeled. Pool had a lot of leaves on bottom, otherwise crystal clear.

Had a great time condo's perfect. Will return again Gray space. Look just like the pictures on the web.

Everything was great, they approved an early check-in time. The accommodations were very clean, very modern and everything about it was very nice. We would stay there again.

Attractive place.

Me and my fiancé had a great experience. The place was very clean and organized and the host offered many complementaries. I would definitely stay here again!

This unit was beautifully decorated and clean! Check-in was easy with detailed instructions given. It was a quiet area. We were able to utilize the pool. It was not busy and we essentially had it to ourselves. It appeared that there was some maintenance/painting going on with many of the buildings at the complex. This activity was quiet and easy to navigate as well. The entrance into the complex is monitored, and was an easy process. For our purposes (The Orange County Convention Center) we were a little further south than I realized, but with a vehicle it appeared that other theme parks, etc. would be easily accessible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

It was a nice place to stay for two people and looked exactly like the pictures. The only downside is the upstairs neighbor is very loud until 12 or 1 AM and you can hear everything going on from upstairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this rental. The drive to Universal and Disney were not bad at all. Very safe gated community! Other people have complained about the people who live above but they were not that bad and even if they were it’s an apartment building so it’s normal. We had a great time and will likely stay here again!

We enjoyed this property. Had some trouble initially figuring out the check-in at the gates. A day or two in we also realized that yes, the provided rear-view mirror tag actually DOES automatically open the gates, which was great. ;-)The property is very small, as described. I liked the decorations and thought it all seemed very well kept. We had a problem with some dishes and silverware being put away dirty, but the dishwasher and supplied pods fixed that up quick enough.The upstairs neighbour noise was a bit to deal with. It sounds like everyone wore shoes and like to run back and forth, while occasionally moving around heavy furniture. They generally kept the same hours as us though, so no troubles sleeping.The couch was a bit uncomfortable and the chair was terrible, but I have still seen worse. Overall, we were happy and I would stay here again. Thanks!

Very clean and updated. But the comfort of the sofa could have been a little better. Especially after a long trip.

This place has everything you would need. Located near lots of stores and activities.

The home was small but beautiful nice location close to everything

We stayed three nights. Bed is very comfortable. We did not use the oven/stove/microwave while we were there so I can’t comment on those. Shower head was high enough for my six foot husband. There is some noise from the unit upstairs but not too bad. Overall it was a great stay.

For the most part, the condo was amazing and a positive experience. However, there are a few things I have to mention: the toilet paper was almost worse than gas station toilet paper, and these rentals are supposed to be about customer comfort. We actually went and bought our own toilet paper because it was so bad. Additionally, there were little ants in the sink, which we just rinsed down the drain. It’s not like we had food sitting everywhere! The upstairs neighbors sounded like a herd of buffalo, constantly running back-and-forth and they were only quiet when we went to bed late at night. And one other thing to mention just for any future renovations… The sink in the bathroom is too high to even be able to brush your teeth or wash your face. It was easier for my husband because he is 6‘4“ tall, but I had to stand on a step stool. We probably would not stay here again, but the host was very nice and responsive and we appreciate that!

I love the condo perfect just for a couple. We stay a week so we can be close to Disney World. The only problem we had was the neighbors upstairs. They will wake you up early walking around and the afternoon are worse it like a bunch of kids walking around but besides that i love the place
