Welcome to the historic district of Savannah! Our neighborhood boasts easy access to Forsyth Park, just a 15-minute walk away, where you can enjoy picnics and people-watching by the iconic fountain. Explore renowned museums like the Telfair Museums, only a 10-minute walk from our doorstep, and catch live performances at the historic Lucas Theatre for the Arts, just a 5-minute stroll away. With charming local shops and a vibrant nightlife scene within walking distance, you'll experience the best of Savannah like a local.



Getting Around:

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD (7-9 minute walk) and other area landmarks. Uber/Lyft is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 

–Pets are not allowed at this property. 

–Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

    We stayed in unit C and the unit was perfect for our needs. We had six adults staying here for a graduation. Location great and walkable to Forsythe, historic district and the River district. Check in was easy. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bathrooms were clean and had plenty of linens. All of the beds were very comfortable and cozy. Host provided paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, laundry soap and shower toiletries. This was definitely one of the most clean and well appointed homes we have stayed in. The most important thing was that you can tell this host really cares about making their guest's experiences perfect....they responded to every email/question and offered suggestions to help us with what we needed. It really made us feel taken care of and that we were staying in a home away from home. Thank you!

    This property is in the perfect location if you’re visiting the historic district. Parking was a little tricky, we ended up finding a spot 3 blocks away but that doesn’t really matter when everything is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again when visiting this area!
