PLEASE NOTE:
* The fireplace failed inspection so it's unsafe to use plus it's against the complex's insurance policy (most condos in Warren do not allow short-term guests to use the fireplace). A Duraflame electric fire log has been inserted into the fireplace and provides a nice ambiance including dancing flame lighting, heat, and a crackling sound.

* No dogs or pets are allowed for short-term renters per the condo association rules.

* On the Mad River Valley shuttle bus route for easy access to and from Sugarbush Mountain during winter ski season.

* Please note that the shared outdoor seasonal pool is only open in the summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

* There is no air conditioning although fans are provided in all bedrooms and an additional fan in the living room.

* Radium Levels in Condo Water System

Current Radium Levels: Recent tests indicate that the water system at our condo complex has a radium level running annual average (over the last four quarters) is 7 PCI/L for COMBINED RADIUM (-226 and -228). The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) and Vermont state standard for COMBINED RADIUM (-226 and -228) is 5 PCI/L.

The homeowners association is actively working on implementing a mitigation system to address this issue.

For your safety and peace of mind, we have installed specialized filters on all cold water taps in the condominium, designed to reduce radium content in the water. Additionally, we will provide ample bottled water and reimburse you for any additional water you may need to purchase during your stay.

It is believed that the current level of radiation poses negligible risk for short-term exposure. Most full-time residents in the area continue to use the water as usual.

It's important to note that approximately 40% of homes in Vermont, including ours, use well systems for their drinking water. Elevated radium levels in well water systems are unfortunately common in this region.

Be aware that there is no legal requirement for landlords in Vermont to test or disclose radium levels in their rental properties. We are providing this information voluntarily to ensure transparency and maintain the highest standards of guest safety.

We hope this information will not detract from your stay and that you will enjoy the comfort and amenities of our condominium. Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. If you have any concerns or require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Everything was perfect.... The only minor issue was the door code was incorrect - too many numbers were given. Luckily we were able to figure it out

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and well equipped, more than many I’ve rented. I would certainly stay again!

The condo was just as pictured and described. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here. The kitchen was well equipped and there were plenty of linens. The complex was quiet during the summer. The location is perfect for accessing all the local attractions. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a wedding and the location of the property was perfect in relation to the wedding venue. It was newly remodeled, very cute, very clean, comfortable, and we felt at home there. It was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend it. If we were ever in the area again would definitely book this property again.

Overall the unit was very clean, updated and stocked with everything we needed. However, the unit is listed as handicap accessible and really is not. My father uses a walker and we had to lift it over landscape timbers to get inside. The lower bedroom uses a bunkbed with a double on bottom and a single on top (which is my fault for not noticing this description in the listing) and was very difficult for two elderly people to use. The bathroom entrance was also too narrow for the walker to get through. Would be very happy to use again, but not with my parents!

We stayed in early March for a spring break get-away. We had never been to Vermont before so we were not really familiar with the ski resorts or surroundings. After days of research, we settled on Sugarbush and this little gem. Our party consisted of my husband and I, teen daughter and her friend, and college-age son. We had plenty of space and they have nice storage for ski gear as you enter. The condo is beautifully renovated, stocked with amenities, and minutes from Sugarbush. Before we arrived, we were a little worried that we would regret not being slopeside, but you pay at least a hundred(s) more per night for that convenience. Our concerns were for not because parking at the mountains was easy and since the slopes close at 4:00, (we are used to night skiing in PA and NY) we returned back to the cozy condo and tucked in for a fire and dinner. Some of us read, but the Roku was a nice feature for the kids in the evenings. We spent 2/3 our ski days on Mt. Ellen. It was a little less crowded and we liked the runs better. We also took a day trip into Burlington just to explore, which is an easy hour's drive. We fell in love with Vermont. Many friendly interactions with the locals, great ski conditions, and the scenery is spectacular. Thanks to the owners for sharing your home with us. We loved it!
