☀️Lux Beachfront-Pool+HotTub--Atlantic Villas 301☀️

We were provided very little supplies for our week stay. (Garbage bags, dish washing pods, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper etc…) It is really hard to buy just small amounts of those things for just a week stay. The hand soap in the kitchen was watered down- I’m assuming because they didn’t want to replace it. Can’t take what we buy home with us on the plane. We were not told there would be construction on the beach which limited our beach access for half of our stay. Things were broken like the kitchen sink faucet, hair dryer in kids bedroom, fridge water dispenser. There was black spots on windows and doors. Was disappointed with the amount of money I paid for the week.

The condo and the facility are in a great location, clean and a great place to spend a vacation

Thus is a huge place and more than accommodated our family of 6 for our week at the beach! We lived the view and easy accessibility of the beach. My kids lived the pool as well! We were thankful for the quiet location that is not on a busy road, but has a neighborhood across the street! We walked down to various restaurants and shops just blocks away on Flagler. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. I do wish there were notes on how to use the hot tub.

We had 4 adults a toddler and an infant staying for a week. We had plenty of room and the property had everything we needed. It was a perfect week.

This condo was clean and comfortable. It was a great location for beach walks to Flagler for coffees! I would stay here again!

The condo was just a few blocks from Flagler Ave. the beach was easy to access and the pool/hot tub. Great locations and a great condo.

The property and location are nice, the unit itself is pretty nice, but we could tell it was a bit worn, due to being a rental unit

Great time…perfect location…beautiful views…spacious…walking distance to everything you need. Only disappointment was needing to rent beach chairs for 200 at a beach rental.

Outstanding unit and location!!

Great time together! Our 4year old grand son had never met some of the family. Only four of us stayed there but the condo was perfect for 11 of us. The pool was nice but unfortunately there was construction ongoing next door which detracted from our time together.,

We had a wonderful time! The condo is fantastic and has everything you need. It was spacious and comfortable. It has extraordinary ocean views and breezes. The location was perfect—just a short walk to our favorite places on Flagler Ave. The only glitch was the pool and hot tub were out of commission the last day and 1/2. These things happen. We give it 10 out of 10 and look forward to returning.

Don't hesitate. Gorgeous property, large units, well stocked, location location location. Perfect for multiple ages. Less than ten minutes to Flagler by beach and even faster to walk by road. Low density building means no pool overcrowding. We are already planning to book here again for next summer. Held six adults and two children very well. Everyone has their own space. Large well appointed balcony.

It was clean, organized, and everything on the website was accurate. I hope to return next year.
