We very much enjoyed our stay here! Property was very clean and exactly what we were expecting! Kay was very helpful and quick responding to our every request! We would definitely look into staying again in the future!

The owner was very nice and walked me through everything via telephone after I arrived. The property was clean and well kept. Every morning, I would watch the sunrise from the balcony. It is also nice to have the water park connected to the property.

Stayed for a week June 26’. We have been to the area many times and once again found ourselves staying at the Harbourside at Marker 33. I chose this unit for its size, great reviews and price. It was a great choice. Lulu’s was spotless. The owners had everything that we needed. When calling for any concerns John was attentive. We had a great family trip and were so happy to have a clean and comfortable place to rest and eat some meals after spending the day at the beach and in the water park. For those new to the area, it is loaded with great restaurants and many within walking distance. We will be back soon.

This was the perfect location for our family of 6 with small children. The waterpark was wonderful and the host was most gracious! Thank you John!

The property is wonderful; very clean, comfortable and updated, and had all of the amenities that we needed. The location is fantastic. Centrally located, there are multiple restaurants, stores and the beach all within a short walking distance. The communication with the owner was top-notch and was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic condo! From seeing every sunrise on the balcony to every sunset on the beach. This condo has everything our family needed for hitting the beach or relaxing by the pool. The charming little city several dining options within walking distance of the condo. Indian Rocks Beach has an easy driving distance of bigger cities like Clearwater and St. Petersburg if you wanted to explore them, which we did. The host's communication was great and even greeting us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this condo for families of all ages looking for a nice relaxing get-a-way!

Great views from this condo. Especially having two porches.

Waterpark, fishing, boating, and beach access. Two balconies - one facing the marina and one facing the water park. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Street legal Golf cart rental available so you can arrive and park your vehicle for the entire trip.

Very responsive and friendly. The condo was great with all the amenities needed and in a perfect location. We really enjoyed the two balconies.

Our whole experience from start to finish was phenomenal! The host is very genuine & was always available if we needed anything. The convenience of the water park and the beach being so close was a perk with having little kids. I was very impressed how stocked the rental was also! I will absolutely be visiting again!

The property was as advertised. Very clean and easy sleeping arrangements for my family of four. The kids enjoyed that they could easily walk to the beach, water park and shops. It was safe for them to go alone. Easy access to Clearwater to meet up with friends as well. A great escape from the New England spring cold!

The unit is really nice and owner was very kind. Our three kids (9, 7 and 3) loved it! Our kids loved the water park and the location was a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again!

We’ve stayed at these condos several times. Loved the views this one has to offer. Kay was great with the check in process. A little different than the typical but it was smooth. Kay was very good, great communication.

Restaurants are within walking distance, and there are two balconies with access to the water park. The balcony on the fifth floor offers stunning sunset views of the Gulf.

This was our second year at the Waterside condos and it was even more enjoyable than last year. Thesebcondos have a great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The nearby beach was beautiful with gorgeous sunsets. The condo itself was very clean and nicely furnished. We plan not return next year.

Was an absolute amazing stay and we didn’t need to drive to get anywhere! Beach, restaurants, Walgreens, groceries! It was all within walking distance!

This is our 5th year vacationing at Indian Rocks Beach and the first time staying with this host. They were very welcoming and easy to get a hold of. The home was very nice with beautiful beach decor and felt like home. There was an issue with the air conditioning while we were there and the owners worked on getting it fixed. This is such a great location and a quick 5 minute walk to the beach. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, we had a great time!
