Amenities are great. Kids love the slide and lazy river. Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated. The owners went above and beyond what you normally expect, from the hand soap in the bathrooms to providing personal touches that made this unit stand out compared to past rentals! Will definitely use Big Reds again!

Very easy to deal with and the owners have great attention to detail. Such a wonderful trip and place to stay.

We had a fantastic time at Big Red’s condo! Clean and beautiful on the inside, and plenty to do outside. Steps from the beach and the lazy river and slide were a big hit with the kiddos. The beach was beautiful and scattered with seashells, which the kids loved “hunting” for. We were able to crab hunt at night as well, so don't forget your flashlights, as it was a highlight for the kids! We played pickleball and volleyball, all located on the Oasis property. They have a splash pad for the littles and an adults-only area at the pool for those without kids. The bar and restaurant at the pool area were nice touches as well. While we were they they had a “mermaid” swim at the pool and give glitter tattoos to the kids, a balloon artist set up by the pool, and another day there were more glitter tattoos for the kids (all lasted 2-3 days) and the kiddos loved it. Tamika and Nick were very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Great place to stay with something for everyone!

Place was great, very roomy, and clean. Parking garage is nice and convenient. Host communicated well and sent out everything in advance which made for easy in and out. Oasis is HUGE so expected elevator situation to be way worse than it was. Not bad at all if you are able to avoid certain times.

Rental was nice overall.

Condo unit was spacious and clean. Complex had a great indoor pool that came in handy as it rained one day. Outdoor pools and beach were also great. Nick and Tameka were very responsive before and during the stay. If we come back to the area, would strongly consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful time! Home was very spacious and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with whatever you might need. The owner was very attentive to our needs. Loved sitting out on the balcony.

The location is excellent, view is spectacular, condo is clean and comfortable.

Great location and great condo!

Wonderful property. Super clean, loved being on that floor as we could see all the wildlife of the ocean! We stayed at plenty Phoenix properties and this was my favorite! Will be staying again! Great communication. Would have 1 recommendation- a keurig. Ha! Otherwise was so so great!

Check in was a breeze, location was perfect, and the condo was so nice. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Perfect for our group!

We had the best time. Clean, elevators were not terrible on time like other reviews said. Definitely would stay here again!
