Excellent location. Had a wonderful stay right on the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great spot! Really is just steps from the beach. Unit had everything we could ever need. Host was very clear in their access instructions we had no problems at all. Had a great time! If we’re ever back in the area we will for sure be back!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was nice, the beach view was beautiful. Our only complaint was the beach setup. It was very expensive, but we paid it to have the beach view, however, we were not aware that others could set up umbrellas, chairs , whatever right in front of you and they did , ever day !! If we had known this, we would have brought our own chairs and umbrellas and saved ourselves a lot of money . So, if you stay here, just bring your own stuff and set up wherever you want.

Balcony view and bedroom view were beautiful! Very convenient location on the resort as well as in the condo building itself! Parking was easy and appreciated the use of the golf cart too!

I was aware they were doing construction but was not aware they were going to be hammer drilling and chipping so close to the room and all day long. Two years in a row we stayed at this complex in the fall and construction was going on. Plus golf cart battery was dead when we got there. The charger GF outlet was tripped

Very nice unit and location!

It was an awesome stay. The only issue we had was the pool was closed. We had an ocean view but couldn’t use the pool right in front of us. Highly recommend the condo though.

It was everything we needed for a quick beach vacation.

This unit was perfect for our family. We enjoyed everything there was to do. We loved the golf cart access and the ease of accessing the beach. The unit had a great setup and appliances/kitchen resources were wonderful!! The only downfall was the construction sound from the pool, and we were not able to use it during our stay. We plan to visit again!! Thank you!

Really nice Condo- location is very easy access to the beach. Pool remains under construction directly in front of condo but we knew ahead of time and it did not bother us. Golf cart is so great and going over to Baytown Wharf is a must!!

Kitchen was a little dirty but overall a great location. Golf cart was to have!

The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I. The place was clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. The condo was well stocked and met all our needs. Big plus is we did not have to wait for an elevator!!! The pool was not in service but who goes to the beach for the pool!! (There was a pool available less than 25 feet from the exit door). We will be back!

Very clean condo. The beach was right out the door. The whole Sandestin area was awesome! We were glad the condo had a golf cart. Made getting around very easy.

Great place to stay for a couple. It will even be better when the pool is finished. Housekeeping should wipe down the balcony during renovation.

Fantastic getaway spot. Just as advertised and would definitely come back. The only drawback was the temporary loss of the pool. It would have been nice to have had that available.

Condo was perfect for our honeymoon getaway, we really enjoyed the view and the golf cart. It made our daily trips to Baytowne Wharf enjoyable. There was construction ongoing in the pool area but they were very accomodating in their start time (they never started before 9am). Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a seamless trip. Thank you so much!

Beautiful view from bedroom and living room, balcony both. Very pretty, clean and modern. Lovely place. On the main floor, very convenient. I would request this condo again

Great time

Construction didn't ruin the trip because the location is great! The only note I have is that the listing says 2bdrm on the front page and its 2 beds not 2 bdrm. Didnt matter to us. REALLY easy to access the beach and property manager was easy to contact and available. I cant wait to come back.

The property was perfect for our stay. We are looking forward to returning after the pool and other construction are complete. One minor point. The golf cart had some minor intermittent ignition switch issues. The condo was clean but, there was a little room for improvement.

Wonderful stay and view. Management was upfront about construction but it never reallly bothered us. Great location.

Golf cart definitely gave us more options to go places.

We had a great time! We did a little shopping, beach time and eat some great food. We love this area. The condo was perfect for our trip. On the beach with a beautiful view. Even though there was construction going on it did not interfere in our stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your condo. Now time to work on Christmas festivities. Loved this property, perfect location and had a great time exploring Baytowne area on the golf cart. Highly recommend dinner at Bijoux down the street. Can’t wait to see the new pool on my next visit.

Condo as advertised Beach walks in the morning Steps from the car to room and the room to beach Clean and golf cart use was outstanding Grand Boulevard and restaurants were awesome as always Ice cream to top it off each night Played 4 rounds of golf and each course was very nice

The condo was perfect for two people. Gorgeous views and amenities. The pool was closed but it was a little chilly to swim. The pool at the Beach House next door was available
