Lovely One Bedroom in Downtown Grand Haven, Sleeps 4

We had a great stay. Never needed to contact the host because everything was as stated. We walked from our quiet neighborhood to all the action downtown and it was a quick drive to the beach.

Condo was clean and convenient to everything.

Such a clean place and so close to everything around. Would recommend for everyone and will be back

Great location and nice condo

The property was super clean. There were some concerns with no blankets and sheets but were resolved quickly. The towel hanger fell off the wall, and there was no detergent soap to use the washer. Did not get a reply from owner when this was reported. Towels were thin, and washcloths not great. Wi fi was difficult to find, should have it posted somewhere in the apartment. Location was great.

First, I will say that the cleanliness, and location was great! Cute place! We were so excited to stay here after reading all the reviews!The building is confusing to find as it looks like shops or a medical building if you have never seen it before. After driving 8 hours we believed to have found the right area but we were confused on the exact location of the building so we reached out to the host but there was no response. We eventually found it and after a couple hours, I reached out that we had found it. Still no response from the host. Upon arrival we discovered there was no working TV in the bedroom, one of the lamps in the bedroom flickered on and off nonstop, the bathtub would not drain after a quick shower leaving us in ankle deep water. We reached out to the host multiple times during our short three day vacation and only received one vague response the entire time. None of the issues were resolved by the host. The following day a maintenance man showed up & brought a bottle of Drano and more towels since only two were left for our party at four. Still no fix for the bedroom tv & the drain still wasn’t working. Then the day before we left, we used the kitchen sink for the first time and it also would not drain. Thankfully we didn’t cook or eat in as that would have made it difficult. With the price we paid for three nights we were very disappointed in the ongoing issues that arose during our short stay with little to no communication back from our host.

Host graciously allowed early check in, which we ened up not needing, but responded back quickly.

This place had all we needed for our stay in the Grand Haven area for our visit to family in the area.

The property was equipped with all the necessities to make the stay enjoyable. We had a wonderful time in Grand Haven and even visited several of the nearby towns.

So very impressed. Never used Vrbo before and it was a most wonderful experience. Will use this service again.?
