Clean and Peaceful with an absolutely beautiful lake view, seamless check-in and check-out. Good wifi and has every little thing most forget.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the view of the lake. The couch and chair were comfortable. If you need a fan at night, there was one in the closet. We really didn't use the kitchen much, but it had everything a person would require. The shower had great water pressure and got hot quickly.

This is a great quiet getaway with access to Lake Hamilton and the view is amazing. The host were amazing as well and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location on the lake not far from the main drag in Hot Springs. This condo is perfectly suited for a couple and all amenities were provided including a well-stocked kitchen. We weren’t able to use the charcoal grill but it’s just a short walk down a path. The sunrise view was spectacular the morning we left and I’ve seen a lot of pretty sunrises. The only thing I would say negative is the king size mattress was not comfortable but may just be due to be replaced. Thanks again for the use of your condo!

Everything was good

Everything was so neat and clean! Gart and Angie were always helpful and quick to respond. The place smelled amazing. The location was close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Look forward to staying again.

The kitchen had a pod coffee machine but we brought our own. Wasn’t sure how to operate one that was there. The place was very cold so we had to adjust the temperature to 76 to get the air conditioner to shut off. It would have been nice to have at least a large throw rug in the front room.

EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED FOR WHAT WE NEEDED. GART AND ANGIE WERE AWESOME AND HELPFUL HOSTS.. VIEW WAS GORGEOUS. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!!!

Easy to find this beautiful condo with perfect lake views on lake Hamilton! The condo was nicely furnished with everything you’ll need and owners take very well care of property and the condo was amazing inside walking in it smelled amazing and was spotless! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anybody wanting to visit beautiful hot springs!! Easy check in and quick response from the sweet owners and they even checked to make sure we was comfortable after arriving! Nothing but great memories and things to say about this place!

The condo was really great, but there are a few things to get used to. It’s a bit outdated. They didn’t have a broom to clean the floor and there was hair in our shower.

This condo is everything. It is clean and cozy. The views are beautiful. The pictures does not do this place justice. We will be back soon.

This was a wonderful place and we enjoyed our time there. We appreciated the hair dryer, numerous hooks in the bathroom, bathroom room spray, extra throw blankets, recent books, outlets for devices, and good AC and fans. We especially appreciate the good communication from the host. We recommend this place and are glad to have stayed at this location.

This was the 0erfe t size for our family of 3. Off the main road, but very easy to access. Wonderful view of the lake! Will definitwly be viaiting again.

We and my husband stayed here for out 11 year Anniversary trip for a little get away from home. Spot was perfect and place was everything we could've asked for in our stay. Owners were very nice and helpful as well!

We came up on Friday to go to the Arkansas Derby, the condo was absolutely perfect! It was on the lake and we couldn't ask for a better place. The only downside was that it was rainy most of the time we were there. For sure, we will stay again!

My wife and I enjoy our trips to Hot springs and are always looking for a quiet spot to relax and un-wind. This place did not disappoint. Very comfortable accommodations and a host that communicates very well. We’d definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future. 5 stars all around.

This lovely condo was perfect for our stay. Well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The spectacular view of the lake was an added bonus. We enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning while sipping our coffee and planning our day. Because we spent most days heading off to hike in the surrounding State and National Parks, the location worked well for being able to get out of town without getting tangled up in a lot of traffic. We had no trouble getting into downtown Hot Springs on the two days we explored there, including a Saturday. Definitely more traffic heading into Hot Springs, but totally doable. We also appreciated being close to a nice grocery store (Krogers) and close to several of the restaurants recommended by the hosts. We especially enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio at Fishermen's Wharf just minutes from the condo. The hosts are gracious and very accommodating. They clearly take pride in their property and in making sure their guests have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this one!

My son and were attending the coaches conference. The main issue was we had no tv! No matter which lakecondo5 lakecondoex5 all started buffering then just go away! We tried each one! We intended to watch the Arkansas game last night but with no TV we chose to go home! They also mowed the grass at 7:15 Saturday morning

The condo was super clean. It was tastefully decorated. The location was close to everything. The bed was super comfortable and the lake view was breathtaking.

Great location on the lake. First floor unit that offers great views. Nice to have a blowup air mattress in the unit if we’d have had others. Complex tucked just off main road, convenient to the lake as well as the casino and bathhouses. Uber was a 7 ride to Oaklawn

We wanted to tour Hot Springs but wanted to stay at a place where there was a view and didn't have the metropolitan/city feel. This condo checked all of the boxes. From sitting on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee to venturing down to the dock in the evening with a glass of wine; it was a perfect setting for us. 10 - 15 minutes max to downtown Hot Springs. Same for touring Garvan Gardens. We will visit again!!
