Stayed Jun 26, 2026Our stay was great. It had a great view of both the pool and the lake. We had some ants inside the unit but the owner sent someone out within 30 minutes to spray, which was amazing! We couldn’t find a toaster in the unit but we made do without one. We would stay here again.

Stayed May 18, 2026The condo was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately there is quite a bit of maintenance that needs to be done. The master closet doors stuck so badly you couldn't hardly open and close them. Only one bedside lamp worked. Like I side it was a nice unit if something was done on maintenance.We did enjoy our stay overall.

Stayed May 1, 2026We stayed at this condo for 3 nights for an Auburn graduation. We needed a 3 bedroom and Auburn was mostly booked out and extremely expensive, so we thought staying at the lake would be a great option. Communication with Griff was excellent and he allowed us early check in, which was a huge plus. The apartment was stocked with plenty of paper products, k cup pods, sweetener, dish soap, bath soap and shampoo/conditioner. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. I would say the negatives are that some of the towels and washcloths should be replaced because of stains, the sheets were pilly, the bunk bed is a bit creaky, walls are thin and the nearby highway is noisy. Overall, the apartment worked for what we needed it for.

The owner was easily accessible and responded to questions quickly. We also appreciated the dedicated boat slip and parking space.
