The Space:

The review says it all, Perfect location, very quiet and clean, very relaxing. Easy walk to the beach. It was updated and very comfortable. We would definitely rent this unit again. Loved the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and the deck overlooking the lagoon. Indulge yourself here! Be dazzled by the tranquility of this lagoon-side location!



1591 Lagoon Villa is a recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with a private view and a spacious back patio and comfortably accommodates a party of 4! The coastal decor enhances your stay with beachy vibes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare snacks for the beach, delectable meals, or to entertain. The spacious living area takes in natural light and the comfortable, coastal-inspired seating overlooks the peaceful lagoon views. The backyard deck is large enough to host parties while enjoying the lovely Hilton Head weather.



The primary bedroom is furnished with king size bed and plenty of storage space. The guest bedroom is furnished with a set of twin beds and has a private bathroom. This lovely villa is conveniently located right near the South Beach Marina Village, home of the Salty Dog Cafe.



Included with your rental is a tennis package providing 1 hour of tennis free per day. Proper tennis shoes must be worn for the clay courts.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.

* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.

Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

    Lovely property; very clean and fully equipped; convenient to the beach. Enjoyed our stay. A little disappointed that not many restaurants and stores were open for business.

    Lagoon Villa was tranquil and very privately situated. The property was in excellent condition! As promised there were plenty of starter supplies in the kitchen. I was even able to cook dinner for a friend. Living room and primary bedroom are very spacious. The primary bed was quite comfortable. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. I rated accuracy of listing as a 4 because I was not able to find the hair dryer promised and though there were plenty of plates and glasses -no complete sets of any. Property manager returned my call immediately upon my arrival when I made an error trying to access the property. In addition to all the amenities of South Beach, the Green Trolley offered ease of transportation to and from the RBC Heritage! I didn't need my car the entire stay.

    . Location great . Access to beach good . Noticed that carpets and windows good have been cleaner . Grill area and tank cleaner Would recommend to others and will rent will from you again. Note: should lift or clean outside a/c compressor , it has a compromised airflow. The heating system was inconsistent to maintain selected temp. The hot water heater has a disconnected equipment ground wire that needs to be fixed by an electrician. The condensate pump for ac should be checked. We had a great time. We will be looking for a month next year. In the march time frame with three bedrooms and a pool. Near beach in the Hilton Head or Isle of Palms area.

    Property was very clean and well equipped. The deck was nice to sit and look at the lagoon and wildlife, though may be hot in the summer with no covering. The only inconvenience is driving to the office to pick up the parking pass for Sea Pines. I wish it could be sent electronically or be given at the Sea Pines security booth at the entrance. A very pleasant stay!

    Property was spacious lite and bright. However, the range burners worked intermittently. They seem to lose contact while being used. The dryer did not dry very well. It took several runs to dry clothes. Main issue was a very strong mold smell. My wife has an allergy to mold and had some breathing difficulties. We bought an air filtering unit and this seemed to clear up the issue.

    Great location with a super easy walk to South Beach Marina and The Salty Dog, as well as a very quick walk to the beach. The villa was very well maintained, clean, and stocked with almost anything you could need. Host2Coast also did an amazing job of communicating and making us feel welcome. They even left us a tote bag, coozies, and other fun goodies to keep. Can’t recommend this place and our hosts enough, we had the best time!

    Great spot on Sea Pines - easy access to the Salty Dog, beach, water sports, etc. Condo was great and check-in process was simple. Would definitely stay here again.

    Very relaxing, clean with a short walk to beach. Had everything we needed( could use more wash clothes). Loved sitting on the deck and reading
