This amazing condo on the 12th floor of Laketown Wharf resort with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico has it all. There is plenty to do right at the resort restaurants, stores, a beautiful white sand beach across the st, there are 5 pools, hut tubs, a gym, a picnic area and lots more. You will also be closed to popular attractions like St. Andrews State Park, Pineapple willy's and Pier Park. There is a fee for parking and to use the amenities and you need to be at least 25 years

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Overall we had a great stay. The apartment is equipped with everything that is needed and has a great view. Olga was very responsive. The building is a little old. You definitely need a wagon to bring anything from parking to apartment. As other reviews stated the elevators are a problem. Sometimes you have to wait 15-20 min for one.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025We Stay 6 weeks in this very nice Condo is very well located with restaurant on gound floor accross from pineapple willy's and walmart and the beach at 200 step away.The kitchen as everything you require for your cooking i didn't need to unpack my own box of ustensil and cookware.The owner are great and very responsive to any request you may have. The checking instruction where clear and without any issue.I will stay again and again. Just will have been nice if March will have been a little warmer.Thanks Olga & Sergio
