Lovely Garden Apartment near Los Muertos Beach

This is not fancy or new….but it is in a great location, great pool, quiet, cleaner and property manager is great and place is clean. Needs some desperate updating and the person next door smoked nonstop (but not sure if that was an owner or tenant). I was here alone for most of my stay and my wife came for a few days and it was ok for the both of us for that time.

The place was awesome, very Mexican, cozy and quaint. The complex had a wonderful pool area. Lucila, the house keep/property mgr. was so lovely! I will definitely look at going back. Also, very close to Olas Altas and Zona romantica, you can walk to all the restaurants, bars and great shopping.

Good location, neighborhood however, lots of climbing! If you're not up for a 200 + step to return to the property, then beware! No Air but fans were good and ground floor is cool. Beds were poor and couch in living room needs replacement. Towels were great! Very clean apartment! Housekeeping was available but, we mostly cleaned up ourselves. We thought we were going to be closer to the beach. We prefer not to wait until last 48 hrs. to get address. The price was fair. Great Pool!

Older condo in a great location.

Condo was as expected by photos in ad. A few problems with the lock on the gate. Host tried to rectify as soon as possible. Would stay again.

This was a great space in a perfect location. You are a few steps to EVERYTHING..... Restaurants, shopping, shows and the Beach. The unit was comfortable and good space. Just a little dated but very comfortable and in a gated community and close to everything. The host was very pleasant and informative.

The condo was exactly as described; well appointed and very clean. The property was exquisitely maintained and very secure. Would definitely rent again Check in was a little challenging but all worked out in the end.

The place fit our needs perfectly. On a sidenote, the kitchen surfaces and living room furniture and overall decor is older and could use an upgrade, other than that, 4 stars it is!

Stayed 6 weeks March-April 2022. Loved the location, close to where we love to be. Hill up from Olas Altas is a brief walk but could be challenging for those with mobility issues, however taxis are ample and if you drive (we did not) I believe a parking space is available as well Suite is a great size and very comfortable and includes all amenities needed to relax, cook at home or work (I did comfortably). The photos are accurate albeit outdated as the TV and sound system have been updated and include smart TV and no longer include a stereo (but the TV soundbar is bluetooth and can be synched to music on your phone). The staff and security of the property are friendly and helpful. Lucila is exceptional and goes above and beyond to accommodate comfort, cleanliness and helpful information. The price for the location and accommodations can't be beat, We'd certainly stay here again! Thanks, Patricia, Joanne and Lucila!
