Padre Boulevard, down the street from your condo, is home to plenty of shops and restaurants, including local favorite Whataburger. The beach is right behind your rental, and Schlitterbahn water park is about four miles down the island.

Indulge the shared pool and hot tub - just what you're craving after a long day on the sand. The whole family's invited for a stay here, including the family dog for a small fee.

This vacation rental comes equipped with a private washer and dryer for convenient post-beach cleanups. A full kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge, sets the scene for dinners in. Two TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi are provided during your stay.

THINGS TO KNOW
Wristband fee is required for March for anyone over the age of 10 and under the age of 35. All wristbands must be purchased in advance of your arrival. Checks must be made payable to the appropriate HOA. Plan accordingly, as no one can enter the building without a wristband.

** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.
** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund.     You'll get the beautiful view. That's about it. No dishwasher, moldy a/c, balcony is tight with some cheap plastic chairs. Could be a wonderful place but it's poorly set up.

    The view was perfection. My husband and I went for a long weekend to enjoy the beach. The view from the balcony was everything. Watchinf the sunrise every morning was amazing. The access to the beach was a breeze. Being able to just walk downstairs to the beach and then back up to the room was perfect for me since I'm 7 months pregnant at the moment. Definitely will be coming back when possible.

    The main reason I selected this rental is because the location is PERFECT. the view of the beach is the idea. I sat on that balcony every day and listened to the ocean. SO perfect. The unit had some very nice things and some not-so-good things. The good- was fully stocked with clean towels and linens, the appliances worked well, the washing machine, stove, and microwave fridge were all clean and working, the water pressure was nice, and the well-lit building, The pool, and hot tub were very quiet and peaceful at night. The BAD= fixtures needed some major TLC, the cabinets and fixtures look like the original-super gross. The vents seem to have BLACK mold blowing out, which made my allergies go haywire. There was a rain storm and the ceiling leaked out, ruining my newspaper and barely missing my expensive laptop on the counter. Mainaince was called and all he did was take a picture and leave. No follow-up. I would not recommend this place to friends, and I would not stay again. I will spend a little extra for a nicer unit in the same area/beachside.

    first night, persons next door, were extremely loud and continued to party till about 3a.m. . loud music , loud converstions and laughing on the balcony. Bed was less than comfortable, extremely rigid and creaking everytime we moved or turned over. fridge did not keep items cold , only cool. shower ,tub, didnt drain well

    The condo had zero blankets, half the sheets existed and no traditional sofa bed. We called several times and texted but no one came with blankets, so we bought what we could at 9 p.m. The following day it took more calls. It was stated things were delivered . I assured they were not. Finally received 2 thin blankets and some sheets at 1 p.m. The sofa bed is more of a half futon and it’s broken. It was stated 4 adults could stay here. VERY DECEPTIVE! It can sleep2 adults and 2 kids under 12. The futon couch doesn’t stay up one side so my 26 y/o daughter had to sleep with couch closed. My other adult child slept in a blow up mattress from the closet. This is not what we paid for. We asked about alternative accommodations and no one called us back. We were there 5 nights. 2 blankets is a problem because you have 3 beds. Blow up mattress takes up the whole floor . The good part is Florence is a great location and building we’ve stayed at before . The pool is wonderful. Beach access is great and the building is located in a great spot . We will stay at the Florence again but not 707.

    Pros: Gulf view from the balcony. Outstanding! Cons: very small; outdated and needs painting; A/C was unable to keep temperature at 75 at the end of the day, went up to 77 even though set at 75; television went off for no reason for about a minute then came back on 3 or 4 times each evening
