Lovely condo with pool near beach

I loved this property❤ one of thebest property's I've stayed at! Host was extremely courteous and available for anything we needed. The place is beautifully decorated and has AC, balcony and backyard. There is also a community pool. The beach and boardwalk is 5 minutes walk. Loved it, Highly, Highly Recommended ?????

Place is clean and I didn't have any issues exactly like the pics! It's close to everything by walk the beach is 5 min away & to a lot of places to eat as well. Great emplacement. It was very easy to communicate with the host. He was quick to respond and very accommodating. Will definitely be back and would recommend to family and friends!

Property is in a gated community that in less than 8 weeks had 14 power failures not related to the property owner but throughout the area. Unfortunately, Dominicans are not proud of their country by throwing garbage all over the place even on the Caleta beach as well as in the water itself which is already covered with large rocks. Dominicans motorcycle and car drivers are very reckless and noisy and do not respect pedestrians at all. Given that the condo was not equipped with window screens, we had to use the AC while in the condo but still had to purchase a fly swatter to kill the many insects like mosquitoes and other biting insects that we found every day in the wall of the shower as well as regular house flies that were present while eating in the condo. All in all, the weather was at the rendezvous and our 70 stay mostly on the beach was enjoyed using the beach chairs and sunbrella that the owner provide for our stay. Thank you Deyby

The property was very clean and comfortable. It was a convenient 5 minute walk to the new boardwalk and restaurants at Caleta beach. We loved the quiet time away and this apartment did not let us down. I would stay here again if I return to the area.

The property was just as described online. The owner even did some upgrades to the patio just prior to our arrival. The place is very safe and just a few blocks from the sea and the brand new boardwalk with tons of dining options and more in progress. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. My husband and I spent an entire month and can't wait to return.

The property was as described in the listing. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner was nice and accommodating. We did have to purchase paper products for the apartment so make sure you have a ride to a store to get them. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Quiet neighbor. Comfortable apartment. 5 minutes walking to the beach and awesome pool. Nice place for the family. Definitely coming back to this place.
