Stayed Jun 18, 2021The property was very nice. The shared amenities - a bit confusing as apparently the courts belong to the resort across the street. The tennis court needs a lot of TLC. But overall, really enjoyed the space and the location.

Stayed Jan 17, 2026Both of the bathroom exhaust fans need to be worked on very loud grinding noise. Also, first floor bathroom shower/tub needs to have the drain unplugged. We were standing in ankle deep water when taking a shower otherwise it was very nice place!

Stayed Jul 21, 2025We had a great experience staying at Cleerwood Village in Eagle River. It was very clean and the people we met were very friendly and fun to talk to. We also enjoyed watching the boats go by the Chanticleer.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Came across this offering for 4 people and very pleased with accommodations. Condo layout comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. Setting very nice and loved the patio door access to the backyard. Watched deer come and go comfortably and raid a neighbors birdfeeder. Property well maintained. Lovely wood area around property. Loved availability of Chanticleer Inn amenities. Property across the road from Voyageur Lake which is part of Eagle River lakes chain. Will definitely be on my return list when visiting Eagle River.
