Lovely condo ,1 Mile From The Beach,close to shops, restaurants.

Great clean condo located close to stores and about 1 mile to the beach.

Annies condo was AMAZING!! The pictures accurately portray all the amenities of this condo. It has been completely remodelled with very modern touches. It was just like being at home equipped with everything and more to completely enjoy the time there. It was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is well situated within a 10 minute drive to Delray Beach and the beaches. The pool area was very nice with lots of chairs and shade if required. Annie was an outstanding host and we could see she cared about our stay when she greeted us upon arrival. Annie was a very good communicator throughout the rental process. We would certainly stay at Annies condo in the future

This 4th floor condo was clean and comfortable. Though we were not there during the day, we were able to enjoy the pool and gym a few times. We enjoyed walking to the local stores, Whole Foods and Target. The HOA makes sure the grounds and lobby are clean and well maintained. I would stay here again though restaurants require a drive, many were close. The drive to the beach was easy and direct. Annie was kind and accommodating. There was a tiny issue with the a/c when we arrived, but was quickly resolved without any inconvenience. Two large bedrooms, full size washer and dryer, and other amenities made our stay like home. Hope to return for another great Florida visit.

Annie’s condo was the perfect place to hang my hat for a couple of months while transitioning to south Florida. The condo was great as was the location.

We had the best visit to south Florida! Annie’s home is perfect and so comfortable! And Annie made us feel so welcome and made our experience perfect in every way! We will be back and stay at Annie’s Home! You should too!

Comfortable condo, adequate space, nice amenities.....only negative was the limited view access from the balcony due to the building's design. The building gave a very dated appearance.....very lackluster....building felt old...lobby furnishings could afford to be updated.

Our stay could not have been better. We were at the property for four months due to a relocation.. The property as stated was in brand new condition. It was immaculate. The property was also centrally located for us. The owners were just a pleasure to work with. We had a little problem with the dryer and we all worked together get it promptly resolved. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well maintained seasonal rental.
