    Easy to get to, parking was tight but I have a full size 3500 quad cab with a 8' box but still fit in the parking spot. I would stay there again

    Listing had 3 hot tubs, steam room, and pool. There was just one hot tub. Contacted the manager to ask where the spa room with the two stand alone tubs were and they were not sure. We never found them and did look around the complex. Also washer/dryer is available for payment in garage and not included in the unit. The pillows were thin and hard, but the beds soft and comfy. The area overall was quiet other than the people above us who stomped around at all hours.

    Everything was great, clean and friendly staff. Only issue was the clubhouse that housed the hot tub and sauna were “closed until further notice.” We get that there are problems sometimes but would’ve really liked to hear that ahead of time as that is a big selling point on a ski weekend and we maybe would’ve booked a different property or had a cheaper rate as we expect to use those facilities if they’re offered in the listing.

    Overall was a nice property but the advertised hot tub and sauna area was out of order and seemed to have been for quite a while, with a sign that stated closed until further notice. These amenities were the reason we selected this property, and they should have been removed from the listing given that they are not available.

    We loved the space on Dillon Reservoir. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Great kitchen space and living room. The only drawback is parking. Parking is very tight at this location, especially with snow around. Bring smaller cars with a good turn radius.

    Enjoyed it. Recommend new dresser in front BR as drawers fall to floor when opened. Mother in law stated bed covers didn’t seem cleaned. And I’d recommend having a little firewood there in condo for new guests. Don’t think anybody wants to go out looking for firewood at night in a new town after traveling across the country. Lastly I’d recommend better instructions for finding place. We couldn’t find it for a while cuz we were looking for 112 Marina Place which was the address most prominently displayed in listing.
