Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, quiet and secluded feel in the heart of Georgetown, also felt very safe. Condo was updated, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and management was accessible and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, modern and lovely Georgetown home.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment is very close to Georgetown University and M street. So lots of shopping opportunities and quaint Georgetown restaurants that are easily accessible. We tend to like the East Village better than West Village, but it is all great. We love this part of Washington DC.

Stayed May 25, 2019Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This VRBO was okay overall. It is much smaller in person, but we didn’t spend much time in the home. Our big issue with the home was that sewage backed up into the shower during our stay. Management was quick to respond, but asked if we could be at the home while the plumber was there. It was a major inconvenience, not to mention, unsanitary. The management did send cleaners to clean up the aftermath, though. We would not choose to stay at this VRBO again, but it wasn’t absolutely awful either.

Stayed Jun 21, 2019The location is great, convenient to shops, restaurants and easy to walk to most everything in Georgetown. A lot of stairs to get to this unit, and that should be noted. Unit is small, but worked fine for us. Needs a new AC unit. No matter what, it’s hot upstairs in the main living area, and there are no ceiling fans or box fans.

Stayed Jun 4, 2019Manager, Charlotte, was most pleasant with helping me. I had lots of questions and she was always kind and available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location us just top notch! Very comfortable beds, too! Highly recommend this one.

Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 (2 kids-9 and 11) had a great time visiting DC and especially enjoyed our location in Georgetown. It is right next to Peet's coffee (better than Starbucks) and Georgetown cupcakes (expensive treat for the kids). The property was easy to access from M street once we got the right key code and the kids enjoyed having the downstairs to themselves with separate bedrooms. Kitchen/dining area is pretty small but we mainly ate out. Can recommend Booeymonger for breakfast and Clyde's for dinner.

Lots of nearby shops and restaurants, etc. Very small “living” area with tight dinner table and small couch. Not much can be done about it due to size/layout of condo. Only real issue we had was with access key code. Never received email or text with promised access code. Ended up using default “lock-out” code which worked fine.
