Lovely 3-Bedroom Beachside Condo

The most annoying aspect of this property is the fact that it is a 3 bedroom home with only one spot in the garage (ok for a single family with kids), so one considering to stay here with family members needs to make sure they make arrangements to park a second car somewhere else and this may create its own challenges. Someone in this thread mentioned the amount of regulations, they were right lots of policies, for instance one family at a time at the pool, hours for adults and etc... but when it came to the pool it was dirty the day we arrived and stayed that way for 3 days. Now get this, we were giving a code to get in the pool but there is no panel to enter the code instead the pool has been keyed with one of those latches and key for gates. After speaking with maintenance we got access to a key except to get in you open the latch from the outside but it is difficult to open it from the inside since you do not know where the key hole is. In general the apartment is in good conditions and spacious and extremely close to the beach. In relation to maintenance the tile floor on the powder room is bulking up and may become a trip hazard, it was reported to the administration, so expect it to be fixed. If you can deal with what was described above it is a good value for your money and a good location.

Very quiet, comfortable, spacious condo. Location is great! Walking distance to local restaurants, shops, convenience store and boat/kayak/bike rentals. With just steps to the beach you will find plenty of shelling and sun and a relaxing pool right outside the condo. I hope I can return again someday!

The unit was great. Was well stocked. Was NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE as described. There are no grab bars in the showers. No hand held shower heads. Worst of all the elevator did not work the whole time we were there. It was promised on Monday or Tuesday, but never happened, although workers were there every day. My wife was stuck in the unit all week! Some vacation for her. Sorry.

Excellent location on the key. Pool is excellent and property well maintained. Condo is well stocked with beach items and very comfortable.

This condo was super spacious, simple and very clean. We enjoyed the short walk (merely steps) to the beach. The condo had everything we needed. We really liked that there weren’t very many condos in the complex so the beach wasn’t too crowded.

A Short walk to several restaurants and Bars. Perfect location. Beach and pool.
